Characterized by the highest specialization in product quality, and focused on the needs of the food and wine industry, SAVBOR is the best showcase and platform to bring together the finest producers and industry professionals who are seeking international business through immense exposure and expanding trade relations in the United States and surrounding area. STAND MAINTENANCE The Chamber of Commerce is responsible for cleaning services, electricity, water, security and, in general, the proper maintenance of the pavilion. Note: Any modification of basic furniture, electrical components and electrical needs involving an increase or variation in the cost will be billed by the decorator directly to the exhibiting company, run by the same amount increased. EDITION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS The Chamber of Commerce develops various promotional materials in which are represented all the exhibitors who come to SAVBOR. From each of these companies the following data will be collected: company logo, name and detailed list of the products to be exhibited (they contain the information contained in the FORM inscription). COMMUNICATION AND OUTREACH CAMPAIGN The Chamber of Commerce is to conduct a campaign of mass communication between the press and potential buyers in our presence at the fair, inviting them to visit companies and taste their products also supported by other official institutions that disseminate information among your contacts OTHER SERVICES AIRLINE SERVICE The Spain - US Chamber of Commerce in Miami has reached an agreement with the airline IBERIA, which offers a mixed system of special rates to the participants in SAVBOR. The benefits can be obtained through the following options: a) Flat rate of 1.500 Economy Class : IBERIA offers the possibility of acquiring your airline ticket at any time with this b) Flat of 2.700 Business Class: IBERIA offers the possibility of acquiring your airline ticket at any time with this c) 10% discount: IBERIA offers a 10% discount over the price of the airline ticket at time of purchase. To be able to benefit from the benefits mentioned above, it is necessary to confirm the registration of participation; once received, the Spain US Chamber of Commerce in Miami will forward you the promotional code. 8
LODGING SERVICE The Spain- United States Chamber of Commerce in Miami has reached an agreement with the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center, offering special rates on accommodation for SAVBOR participants during the 21 st to the 23 rd June 2016. The Doubletree Hotel is located at 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126, in the same premises as the venue for SAVBOR. The nightly rate at the aforementioned hotel is $119 (++ not included) and the promotion is valid for bookings confirmed before May 23, 2016. Once registration to the event is done, SAVBOR should give the promotional code necessary to enjoy the special prices offered by DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport & Convention Center, as well as contact details for the booking of accommodation. STORAGE SERVICE For those companies that request, the Chamber of Commerce in Miami Spain- United States has reached an agreement with a local company that offers the storage service at special prices for exhibitors. The service includes the storage of products in suitable facilities, for a period of up to 4 weeks, transport the goods to the venue and placement of their products in the booth. Companies that want to use this service must declare promptly for they need to be given the necessary information on sending the goods. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION BEFORE THE FAIR Commitment assistance from the company at the fair through a representative thereof or on behalf of the Chamber. Participation in the fair is subject to payment of the participation fee not lower still possible in such action after the inclusion of the candidate is notified in the event SAVBOR. Mandatory presence of companies on the assembly to receive the goods when they are told, and to finalize the decoration of their stands well in advance of the opening of the event. If you are interested in participating, and since the number of places is limited, we recommend submitting the application form duly filled in as soon as possible to: ajordan@spainchamber.org ; addressed at Arantxa Jordan and Javier Perez. The selection of participating companies was conducted in the order of receipt of the registration documents. For your application to be considered, you must send e-mail to the address the following documents: Application form duly completed. In this same form, is transcribed exactly the data for promotional items that are developed. Proof of payment of the fee Reserve Area (50 % of the cost). This payment will be made by bank transfer or credit card authorization (in attachments). The payment of the second installment will be made no later than 30 days before conducting the activity. Otherwise, you lose both the space reserved and the 50 % deposit. DURING THE FAIR Attend your stand every day of the fair and throughout the opening hours. All participants must attend with a corporate banner (roll -up) 85cm (width) x 205cm (height) and a stand to keep it upright. AFTER THE FAIR Perform assessment survey to be complete when prompted. Collect all your products at the end of the show and deliver the elements in the stand in the same condition in which they were received. 10
