Pre-requisite: Essential Qualification: M.V.Sc./B.V.Sc.- Poultry Science Desired Qualification : MBA/PGDM in Marketing Total Number of years of experience: 5-10 years experience in Technical area of Poultry Business Preferred Age Group: Between 35 40 years Key Responsibilities: Farm Visit : Integrators, Broilers, Layers & Breeders Providing Technical services to customers through Disease investigation, diagnosis by Post Mortem and suggestion for the line of remedy/treatment Looking at the management aspect of the farms : layer, broiler and breeders and suggesting accordingly to customers for improvement Discussion and possible solution on technical queries of customers Discussion and possible solution on vaccine and vaccination with farmers Providing vaccination schedule as per the trend, MDA level, endemicity, prevalence of the disease and consultant practice. Collection of blood samples, sending to lab for titer estimation and there upon interpretation of results Providing feed formulation to the clients keeping in mind availability of feed ingredients and interest of farmers Techno-commercial promotion of the products (Biological and Nonbiological) Conducting integrator s supervisors training programme on farm and disease management Conducting Farmers meet Providing technical training to sales staff for technical and products Supervising and co-ordinating trials in consultation with farmers, consultants or veterinary colleges.
