Content Domain I: Mathematics Competencies: 0001 Understand concepts of numeration, number sense, and mathematical operations. Demonstrate knowledge of properties of numbers and number systems, operations, place value, rounding, comparing and ordering numbers, and equivalent representations of numbers.
