Requirement for Senior Team s Involvement One of the most difficult challenges in life is to modify the behavior of an individual. We Strongly believe that Every Human being is basically good and capable of self-development. At the same time, not everybody is equally focused towards their growth. Through our quarterly feedback will give our perception about each one trainee s improvement. MD, Head-HR and Reporting Managers have to play vital role in facilitating individuals growth 17

Managerial and Supervisory Leadership Training Differentiation The Leadership skills for Managerial positions and Supervisory positions will be prioritised. The training methodology is similar for both positions. Minor modifications / Focus for each Company can be created. 18

More than a Leadership Development program.. Through our relentless follow up on the work in the companies and through our participation in changing the basic culture of the organization, IMA s Smart Leader program is much more than a Leadership Program. It is a Leadership Culture development program!! 19
