World of Thermoforming With more than 40 years of experience in thermoforming technology for the packaging business (cups, lids, trays, blister, etc.) Mould & Matic offers its costumers individually customised moulds and automation systems of the highest quality. Endless stacker Endless stackers made by Mould & Matic provide for the safe and accurate destacking of articles from the thermoforming machine. They are stacked in endless chutes according to the mould layout ideal for being introduced to the world of thermoforming at low costs. Pick-up stacker The equipment of the Pick-up Stacker series distinguishes by its particularly fast unloading time providing for up to 50 cycles per minute. Due to the mandrel-driven unloading and stacking process, thin-walled containers of the highest quality are processed in high speed. The devices are equipped with a user-friendly independent control system. Therefore, they can be adapted to every conventional thermoforming tilting machine. PICK-UP STACKER SEMI-AUTOMATIC: The ideal solution for highspeed production, for the thinnest products and manual packing of the counted stacks of cups. PICK-UP STACKER AUTOMATIC: High-quality production under optimal hygienic conditions. The product will be packed into the carton without being touched by humans or transfered for further automatic processes. Automatic packing using the modular cup packer Pack your products with the innovative and highly efficient packers from Mould & Matic: hygienic, space-saving, fast, flexible and at low cost. The Modular Cup Packer is the master among the horizontal packers. It unites different types of horizontal cup-stack packing and is composed of modules to perfectly meet the customers demands. The MCP can pack up to 30 cup stacks per minute efficiently, saving space, and at low costs. It can be universally used for all production lines, such as thermoforming, injection moulding and cup printing machines it can be easily integrated and perfectly adapted! Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Blow moulding is our latest competence and is subject to continuous dynamic development. The innovation with injection stretch blow moulding is the Blowliner. Mould & Matic develops and manufactures the complete process chain, from the granulate and the final shaped bottle to the automated downstream processes. The Blowliner is synonymous with innovation in the injection stretch blow moulding sector and unites unique quality with flexibility and productivity. The process stands out through versatile designs for the neck opening and for the whole container dimensions. Format-relevant volumes from 5 ml to 10,000 ml allow for a production output ranging from 500 10,000 pcs./hour. With the Blowliner, Mould & Matic is launching a product range which meets individual marketing demands boosting a very high productivity at the same time. 8
Turnkey solution for fillers Wherever the classical 2-stage preform and blow moulding systems do not offer preform technology or only inflexible offers are available, there is nothing to prevent the integration of the Blowliner to be introduced at filling companies. World of Injection Moulding Medical Petri Dishes Systems Productivity meets hygiene 1+1 and 2+2-stacking production systems for small lot sizes and a cycle time of about 3 sec. 4+4 and 8+8-stacking production systems for large production quantities and a cycle time starting from about 3,5 sec.
