With C 50 to a practice-oriented multi-tier and high rack The C 50 shelving rack is an especially efficient solution when diversity and a systematic order are required in the warehouse. The system ensures perfect warehousing and guarantees a high degree of flexibility due to the plug-in principle. Adaptations can be made to the rack segmentation and the use at all times without a great effort being required. With the practice-oriented components of the C50 rack, Vogelsang is able to plan and construct a warehouse that is tailored to the respective operating conditions and that ensures an optimal space utilisation. The extremely stable stands that are also able to bear heavy loads enable the system to provide the best requirements for a multi-tier rack. A subsequent expansion of an existing single-tier system is also possible at all times. 2
High degree of flexibility due to the practical plug-in principle The C 50 rack is erected on the basis of a plug-in principle. The stable welded stands that are of a ladder design are perforated at the front and sides with a 40 raster. The conical form of the slotted perforation always enables a friction locking connection to be made above the shelf supports or hung-in claws of the crossbeams respectively, it being possible to release this again without difficulty. Vogelsang has realised the plug-in principle as a system concept for almost all of the components. The rack structure is based on the add-on principle. A basic bay requires two stand frames; each additional add-on bay then only requires one stand frame. Each of the rack rows can be mounted in single rows or in double rows as required. An additional example of the practice-oriented diversity of the C 50 system is its use as a high-bay rack system. The expansion to form a multi-tier system is carried out by the stands being placed on top of each other and screwed together; high-bay rack systems are constructed with continuous stand frames. Platform or aisle constructions can be advantageously suspended in the slotted perforation of the stand frames. The C 50 rack does not require base elements or bottom connections. This makes it possible to modify a rack bay to form a passage later. 3
Well thought-out components ensure safe workflows The stable and functional stand frames form the basis for C 50 system single-tier and multi-tier rack systems. Aisle and platform constructions that are simply suspended in the slotted perforations before being secured in place in some cases, can be supplemented with stable gratings and wooden covers that are able to bear heavy weights. A perfect matching of the requirements in the practice is shown by the C 50 shelving rack with numerous details. The rear, side and centre panels are available in various versions that are conform with the goods that are to be stored. Task-oriented storage solutions can be implemented with appropriate accessories such as bulk rack rails and storage trays for the storage of small parts that can be implemented in task-oriented storage solutions. The C 50 range also includes perforated plate front plates. The 15 perforation raster makes it possible to store a corresponding selection of goods in a suspended form. This enables space at the rack front plates to also be used efficiently. Large storage bays for the upright storage of goods can be easily assembled using the C 50 components.
