1 GENERAL INFORMATION. This document contains basic technical data for warehousing and transport pallets Mobilrack type and information necessary for the proper use of pallets. Before operating the pallet user should become familiar with the contents of this manual to familiarize yourself with the construction of pallets, operation as well as the principles of safe use. The manufacturer is not liable for the use of pallets comply with these instructions. 2 PALLETS PURPOSE Storage and transport pallets Mobilrack are designed for transporting and storing products directly or indirectly. Due to its design and the ability to easily install the four corner tubes - you can build storage racks without having to reload the goods located on them. 3 TECHNICAL DATA: Mobilrack ONE axial dimensions 1005 x 1370 Dimensions of storage area 1395 x 1060 Permissible max. pallet load Q= 1500 kg Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1050 5 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1340 4 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1680 4 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=2100 3 Pallet weight 27 kg Steel - pallet supporting beams S355JR Steel - pallet stiffening (fixing) elements S235JR Mobilrack TWO axial dimensions 1005 x 1850 Dimensions of storage area 1875 x 1060 Permissible max. pallet load Q= 2000 kg Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1050 5 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1340 4 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=1680 4 Max. number of pallets in stack for the tube L=2100 3 1

Storage and transport pallets Mobilrack made of hollow sections, profiles and sheets. All materials used in production / on pallets have the required certificates. Welding works are carried out using 135 methods - arc welding (MIG-welding), by staff with appropriate permissions. 5 PALET BASE FLOOR SURFACE. When stacking pallets with tubes, floor on which the pallets are set and used, shall be made in accordance with PN-B-10144 NORM and at the same time meet the requirements specified for the concrete class B25 or higher. Ensuring the stability of the structure in the lifetime requires that the ground bearing capacity was at least equal to the maximum load a stack of pallets. Floor area should be flat, and the construction of floors on which the pallets are stacked in pile should allow as accurate leveling of the structure. 6 MANUAL. 6.1 Storage and transport pallets Mobilrack are intended for transporting and storage of products directly on a pallet or indirectly. 6.2 Products stored directly on pallets must support at least on three mounting profiles (Fig. 1) made of 70x30 isosceles channel section. 2
Figure 1 - Load arrangement scheme. 6.3 For goods stored indirectly on Mobilrack pallets, use EURO type wooden pallets or similar and in the case of small products use containers with skids on at least two sides. 6.4 The acceptable static load for ONE pallet is 1500 kg, for TWO and TWOB - 2000 kg for each pallet in stack. Weight must be evenly distributed. In the case of storage goods only on shorter beams, pallet load capacity is reduced to 70% nominal load. 6.5 The rules of the safe storage specify scheme on Figure 2. Any other way of the deployment will significantly reduce the load capacity of the pallet. Figure 2 Loading distribution on the pallet using the nominal load. 6.6 When stacking (building racking of the pallet) is required to keep even distribution of load on each pallet in stack (Figure 3). For safety reasons it is also the principle of placing the weights in successive layers of not more than the lower layers in order to maintain stack stability. 3

6.8 Lifting and transporting Mobilrack pallets with forklift can be performed only when the forks are at least under the front beam bearing (cover the entire surface of the cargo area - Figure 5) Figure 5 - Proper forks placement when transporting pallets and fork lifting. 6.9 Maximum number of pallets in stack cannot exceed the values given in Technical Data Sheet and pallet stacking sets scheme (Fig. 6) Figure 5 - Pallets stacking scheme. 6.10 Mobilrack pallets cannot be subjected to impact loads, it's also prohibited to carrying or pushing stacked pallets, to hit the pallets construction by forklift 5
. 7 SAFETY USAGE RULES. Warehouse user is responsible for compliance with the conditions of safe operation. To ensure basics of the safe operation you should follow all of the following statements: Mobilrack pallets user should read and understand the Technical Documentation - Reference Manual. It is essential to apply the guidelines and instructions contained in this documentation. During use, it is essential to keep the rules of health and safety. Pallets during their lifetime should be free of mechanical damage. It is prohibited to stay on or inside of the storage rack during goods storage. When storing materials, you are obliged to ensure that the mass of the stored charge does not exceed the maximum load capacity of the rack, and ensure even distribution of stored goods weight. It is forbidden to strike pallets construction or vertical tubes with cargo or forks, it is prohibited to drop goods on pallets. WARNING! In the event of significant mechanical damage - cracks in profiles and-or tubes, cracks in stiffening beams or cracks on joins, Pallets should be immediately withdrawn from use! Vertical tubes ø60.3 with visible damage with dents on the perimeter, crooked, bended or with cracks on the seam of the pipe Must be immediately withdrawn from use!
