However MatchWorks also delivers other specialist programs to many disadvantages sectors of the community, such as to Indigenous Australians, People with Disability, Mature-Aged, Youth, and People from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds. Job Seeker Services: Position Responsibilities & Duties Discusses AAR ( Annual Activity Requirements) with jobseeker and determines appropriate activity for client to complete to meet this requirement Actively promotes WFD activities and benefits of participation Refers client to appropriate available WFD ( Work for the Dole) or other approved activity using departmental systems and in - house database Completion of OHS induction to all WFD participants ( may be individual or group based) Arrangements of required PPE on activity if applicable Completes follow up phone calls to establish active engagement in WFD activity Documentation and Compliance: Adequate and timely documentation of Jobseeker contact Completion of Participation Reports for non-engagement in activities and re-engages clients into appropriate activity Completion of Employment Plans with each individual jobseeker in accordance with Jobactive requirements Completion of Induction checklist to WFD activity Completion of relevant administrative tasks in the servicing of the jobseeker in accordance with ESD5 utilising internal and departmental databases Measurable Outcomes Engagement of clients to services meets departmental requirements. Client referral to Work For the Dole ( MOR) is within departmental timelines Client engagement in Work for the Dole is above national average. Complies with Non-Engagement requirements and follow up using NAR processes. Relevant processes are evident in the servicing and follow up of each jobseeker using internal and external databases. Documentation is in line with requirements of ESD5 and readily available as evidence. Knowledge of ESD5 servicing requirements and guidelines is demonstrated in client servicing. Communication: High level of verbal, written and listening communication skills Ability to provide appropriate communication to jobseekers to diffuse any situations as needed. Liaise with WFD hosts and WFD coordinator to ensure engagement of client in WFD activity Participate in Site and Employment Region meetings to discuss jobseeker servicing and opportunities Contribution to Team and Continuous Improvement Willingness to undertake further training for self-development Develop, engage in or maintain links with associated and relevant support agencies and nonvocational assistance to ensure continuity of care and support is provided to each jobseeker Participate in meetings, policy and organisational development activities as required General Display high level of personal integrity and professionalism when representing Karingal High level of time management to meet documentation/compliance Other duties as directed by manager or supervisor Effective professional communication processes are evidenced with servicing of jobseekers and dealing with other stakeholders including employers, colleagues, industry contacts Effective relationships established to ensure continious imporvement and sharing of ideas is evident. Attendances to training and meetings if identified. Internal use of CIR system is evident for continious improvement.
