In fact, it has passed every major exterior trim specification test for corrosion, adhesion, color retention, wear and salt spray. With the introduction of a high strength substrate, American Nickeloid Fluorinol aluminum products are now as dent resistant as steel, yet at the same time offer a great weight saving advantage. Fluorinol, while moderate in cost, will give you a surface finish that approaches film laminates.
