Technical accountabilities Manage the implementation of the operating model and delivery framework for MFBC Operations, ensuring minimal disruption to services to clients while embedding the new ways of working. Manage the provision of reliable, cost-efficient and high quality transactional and operational services in the MFBC across a range of functions, identifying and driving opportunities to create more tightly integrated multi-functional teams. Lead an integrated resource management approach between operations teams in order to drive multiskilling, load-balancing and resource sharing between teams, as well as to create career progression and development opportunities for staff. Oversee the provision of quality and efficient procurement services to fulfil procurement requests and tasks effectively, and achieve client experience and business outcomes. Oversee the provision of accurate, timely and efficient processing of accounting transactions, and the preparation of account reconciliations and work papers required for the preparation of the annual audited Financial Statements and monthly management reports. Oversee the accurate, timely and efficient processing and payment of remuneration and benefits to staff and the processing of accounts payable transactions. Oversee provision of quality and efficient administration services to Sydney Water senior managers and fulfil administration requests and tasks. Oversee the provision of quality and efficient business support services to Customer Delivery division to meet business requirements. Oversee the provision of quality and efficient people services to Sydney Water divisions and fulfil people services requests including the provision of wrap-services such as onboarding, exiting and organisational restructures.
