Replace entire second paragraph of Section 00200 - Instruction to Quote Contractors Item #18 with the following paragraph which changes the Substantial Completion date to July 15, 2013 and Final Completion date to August 1, 2013 which reads as follows: Construction shall commence as soon, the Insurance and Bonds have been submitted to DMPS and the weather conditions to perform the work are acceptable to produce an acceptable installation. This project shall and be Substantially Completed July 15, 2013 and Final Completion August 1, 2013. Item No. 3: SECTION 00300 : A. Replace the entire revised 3 page Quote Form attached to the end of this Addendum #1 and delete the entire Quote Form included in the specification. Note, the revised Quote Form deleted the Contractor requirement to submit a State of Iowa s Asbestos Abatement Certification Requirements with the Quote Form.
