Person in charge provided last service ticket dated 4/15/15 which noted activity at exterior bait stations. Due to the observance of pest droppings, the follow shall occur before the follow up inspection: 1. emove existing pest droppings. 2. Provide inspector with most recent pest control report. 3. emove debris on floor and shelving in back storage area. 4. emove standing water in back storage area. 5. emove food and paper debris outside back door. 6. emove harborage conditions for pests such as unused equipment throughout establishment. 7. epair leaking hand sink faucets. 8. Ensure dumpster is closed. 9. emove and organize unnecessary items in back storage area to promote cleanliness and deter pests. Due to the observance of pest droppings, a follow up inspection will occur in 7 days. If the above list is not completed and a live pest is found, establishment can be closed. Person in charge stated towel was left behind after cleaning up a spill. Observed detergent in a non-labeled bucket in back storage room.
