APPLICATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF INTERIOR CONTRACTORS

The scope of work would involve civil works, plumbing and sanitary works, Interior fit-outs, soft furnishing & Electrical works. Contractors are requested to furnish details regarding their company, Organization chart, Date of Incorporation, Experience, Financial position etc as indicated in the application format given below and also as per the annexure from I to VI. FORM-B TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRE-QUALIFICATION OF INTERIOR CONTRACTORS 1. SCOPE OF WORK : Interior furnishing of hostel block consisting 76 rooms and also to create Gymnasium. The proposed work involves furnishing of hostel rooms and Gymnasium, False ceiling,( i.e, both gypsum, ply and modular), carpet flooring, painting with POP finish, ply paneling, procurement of Chairs, Sofas, etc from approved vendors, venetian blinds, roller blinds, curtains, plumbing and sanitary, civil works, toilets, truss with sheets, electrical works etc. 2. Last date of submission of application is February 17, 2014 by 5.00 pm. 3. Eligibility criteria for Pre-qualification: Contractors who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply: a) should be an Indian firm & be in existence for a minimum of 10 years. They should have minimum of 8 years of experience as on December 31, 2013 in furnishing of offices, class rooms, gymnasium, hostels, hotels, auditoriums etc for government, public sector undertakings, banks, financial/educational institutions, large corporates etc.. b) They should have satisfactorily completed three furnishing works each costing not less than Rs 40 lakh each. (out of three satisfactorily completed works at least one of them should be with Central /State Government / Central Autonomous Bodies / Central Public Sector Undertakings / Banks/ Financial Institutions) during last 7 years ending December 31,2013. OR Satisfactorily completed two furnishing works each costing not less than Rs.60 lakh each (out of two similar satisfactorily completed works at least one of them should be for Central /State Government / Central Autonomous Bodies / Central Public Sector Undertakings / Banks/ Financial Institutions) during last 7 years ending December 31,2013. OR Satisfactorily completed one similar work costing not less than Rs.80 lakh for Central/State Government / Central Autonomous Bodies / Central Public Sector

Undertakings / Banks / Financial Institution) during last 7 years ending December 31,2013. c). The contractor should have minimum turn over of Rs.100 lakh in terms of value of work done during each of the last three years ending March,2013. d). The contractor shall be based in Hyderabad or should have an established branch office in Hyderabad with adequate supporting staff & infrastructure facilities to take up the above works.. e). Contractors fulfilling the criteria and desirous to apply for prequalification may obtain prescribed application form upto 2.00 pm on February 17, 2014 from Shri. V.Pradeep Kumar AGM-FIMD, JN Institute of Banking and Finance, Bank s Training Institute at Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032 (AP) or by downloading the application from the Banks website: www.idbi.co.in. 4. The contractor fulfilling prequalification criteria may submit the application along with documentary proof of fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentioned above. 5. If any information furnished by the applicant is found incorrect/false at a later stage, he shall be liable to be debarred from tendering / taking up works in IDBI Bank Limited in future. 6.
