The functional masterbatches need to be added the extrusion process prior to the melting of the polymer by means of a dosing unit. Different @2spin products are available for different polymers, including PP, PA, PES or PTT. The functional masterbatches are easy to use and their consumption can easily be monitored during production. The setup of the Spin Master is unique in Europe and makes it possible to spin multifunctional industrial yarns such as CF, BCF and POY in PP, PES, PLA, PTT and PA6.
