New Sales Associate Training & Performance Plan (Full-Time Option) I understand that following Weichert, Realtors introductory plan will assist me in having a successful future in real estate. I intend to do the following: 1. Graduate from the Fast Track program that begins on. 2. Meet with my sales manager weekly on (day) at (time) to receive guidance on completing all training sales activities. 3. Hold a minimum of Open Houses per month to be scheduled 30 days in advance. 4. Complete Neighborhood/Prospecting/Sphere of Influence/Open House follow-up calls to obtain a seller or buyer appointment daily. I plan to use a contact management system for all contact data entries and management. 5. 6. 7. My goal is to obtain listings and sales per month and have an Under Contract transaction within 90 days I plan to attend weekly: a. Sales Meetings and Office Caravan on. b. In-Office Training/Campaign Sessions on. c. Broker Opens on. d. Call Sessions on. Introduce every buyer and seller to our Gold Services partners. 8. Use the Listing Presentation, created in the Marketing Resource Center, for every listing opportunity. Use the Buyer Consultation Presentation for every initial buyer opportunity. Open House Specialist Certification Process (Part-Time Option) I ve elected to become an Open House Specialist. I understand that in doing so, I have chosen to follow the recommended actions listed below: Secure my ID and password and access www.weichertone.com I have chosen to take the Open House Series of courses on Weichert University. (To be completed within 1 month) Conducting an Effective Open House Open House Follow-Up Preparing for a Successful Open House I intend to prepare the following materials. (To be completed within 1 month) Open House Display Board Buyer Consultation Presentation I intend to conduct a minimum of 12 Open Houses in the next 4 months using the steps below: Review Sales Associate Resources, Holding an Open House on WeichertOne, using all the tools and resources located there Place Open House Sign Rider and preview home by Wednesday Create a Property Flyer using Marketing Resource Center on WeichertOne.com Invite at least 50 neighbors via door hangers, postcards or calls Utilize at least 8 Open House directional signs with 2 balloons on each sign To obtain an appointment for each Open House held: Ask every guest for an appointment (follow the Key Actions at the Point of Sale for Opens) Register all guests and follow up within 24 hours

Weichert Referral Associates (Spare-Time Option) I ve elected to become a Weichert Referral Associate. I understand that in doing so, I have chosen to follow the recommended actions listed below. To get started with a successful referral business, I intend to complete the following actions and check them off when complete. Network Associate Start-Up Checklist Action Order your Referral Associate business cards Complete the information as reuested. The cards will be pre-populated with reuired information for state Real Estate Commission compliance purposes. Resource 1. Access www.weichertone.com and click on Referral Associate Resources 2. Order Business Cards 3. Click on Login (upper right corner) 4. Complete Account Code, User Name and Passcode (input Weichert in all three fields) 5. Click on Complete Order and fill out the information. Hand out your business cards to everyone you meet. Do this on a daily basis in local stores, at children s sport events, weddings, parties, club or association meetings such as the PTA or Rotary, etc. Try this dialogue: When did you move here? What made you select (town) as your home? It s a great town. When my real estate agent showed me around, I fell in love with. I m in real estate, too, as a Referral Associate. If you ever need help buying or selling, I can find you a neighborhood specialist who s knowledgeable about this market. Here s my card.
