I am looking forward to connecting with each of you and learning more about how you can add value to the USF System. Exhibit Requirements Exhibiting at 2017 Supplier Diversity Day is an all-day commitment. Exhibitors are expected to arrive in the morning during move-in time to set up their booths and stay through the afternoon after the vendor showcase is completed. Schedule The schedule for 2017 Supplier Diversity Day has been designed to optimize your access to information and resources within the USF System. Booth Information Booth Assignment Booth locations will be assigned at the discretion of the Office of Supplier Diversity and will be communicated via email prior to the event. Booth Space Each 8 x 8 carpeted, pipe-and-draped booth will include one 6 clothed table, two chairs, and one company identification tent sign. The exhibitor is responsible for all other displays and furnishings as needed. See below for a sample of booth layout: Set-up and Exhibit Hours» Set up time will being at 8:00 a.m.» Plan to arrive with enough time to set up your display.» Help will be on hand to assist unload and cart displays to the exhibit room.» The MSC ballroom will close at 9:30 a.m. and no set up will be allowed in the room until it re-opens, briefly, at 11:30 a.m.» All booths must be set up by 12:00 p.m. before Ribbon Cutting begins. 3 Exhibit Hours 12:30-3:30 p.m. Exhibitors will be responsible for ensuring their table is manned during this time.

Parking for Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive up to two (2) complimentary parking passes per business. The designated parking for this event is the Crescent Hill Parking Garage. A daily scratch-off permit will be given to you the morning of the event - you must get your parking permit from the event staff at the unloading zone and then proceed to park. Permit provides access to all levels with designation D. Parking will not be allowed in the 6th level of the parking garage which is for resident students only. Display permit type is a hang tag and must be displayed as instructed. You will be handed a daily scratch-off permit and instructed to park in the garage while your items are carted upstairs by the event staff. Since we cannot block the fire lane, it is extremely important to keep the vehicles moving. NOTE: The fire lane will be closed at 9:30 a.m. and no more unloading will be allowed to take place on the North entrance of the Marshall Center. It will reopen in the afternoon for load out. 5A Student Health Services SHS Castor Hall RBC 5 Loading in the Afternoon The fire lane in USF Cedar Circle will be re-opened at 3:30 p.m. Staff will be on hand to assist with guarding your items so that you can retrieve your vehicle from parking and load out on the North entrance of the Marshall Center.

CIC is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. CIC will be notified of the event and can provide directions as needed. Additional Benefits Complimentary continental breakfast. Two (2) complementary lunch meals per company. Listing of exhibitors with product/service description, company logo and contact information is distributed to USF System department and colleges post-event. Promotion through USFOSD website and social media platforms. Exhibitor Badges A name badge order form is included on page 8 of this packet. Please complete the form as requested and return it via email to osd@usf.edu or by fax to 813-974-4485. Final badge information must be received by October 4, 2017. Electricity, Internet and AV Electricity Electricity will not be provided. The exhibit room has limited electrical outlets available and placement near an outlet is not guaranteed. If you absolutely require electricity for your display, contact the Office of Supplier Diversity at 813-974-5052. Internet Wireless Internet access is available throughout USF, including inside the exhibit room. Select the USF-Guest network. Once connected you will have to complete the guest registration. Guest registration will last 24 hours and is valid for only one device. Audio Visual Audio visual equipment will not be provided. Exhibitors are responsible for all components necessary to run their display.
