CeRam-Kote 99M CeRam-Kote 99M is a thin-film, spray applied and air-dried ceramic coating engineered to provide excellent abrasion and corrosion protection in critical service environments for all metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics, concrete and plastic substrata. CeRam-Kote 99M s highly modified epoxy resin system has been heavily loaded with a unique package of ceramic particles to enhance performance in extremely aggressive environments. The product may be forcecured for enhanced performance in extremely harsh environments. It also offers excellent water spotting resistance. The cured film is a shiny, slick coating. CeRam-Kote 99M is available in a variety of colors, including safety colors. Fast, one coat, two pass application. No primer needed. The FLEXIBLE Ceramic CHEMICAL-RESISTANT COATING TL THE SPRAYABLE GROUT CeRam-Kote 54 - Recommended for critical service. Ceramic particle loaded epoxy resin system for use in the toughest environments to protect expensive equipment. Excellent corrosion barrier, high adhesion, low permeability, sliding abrasion resistance, high surface lubricity, flexible, and is a fast, one-coat, two pass spray application. No primer needed. CeRam-Kote 54 ATM has ABS Type Approval as per certificate #99-HS27360-X and an ABS Certificate of Design Assessment #03-HS391002-PDA. CeRam-Kote 2000 - Chemical resistant ceramic/epoxy coating recommended for critical service. CeRam-Kote 2000 is highly cross-linked to perform well in a variety of aggressive immersion service environments. Fast, one-coat, two pass spray application. No primer needed. The CeRam-Kote 2000 formula has an ABS Certificate of Design Assessment #05- HS487406-PDA. CeRam-Kote 2000TL - Chemical resistant ceramic/novalac epoxy coating recommended for critical service. Provides excellent acid immersion service to all metals, reinforced plastics, concrete & plastic substrata. May be force-cured with heat for enhanced performance in extremely harsh environments. CeRam-Kote SPG Ceramic/epoxy SPRAYABLE grout designed to be a high-build corrosion barrier. As a zero VOC, two-component, 100% solids coating, CeRam-Kote SPG provides a non-shrinking surfaced after application. Direct to substrate, one-coat system is a tough, durable barrier. Specialized plural component equipment is required for spray application. Can also be brushed for rolled.

The Trowelable Ceramic Flexible Ceramic Coating CeRam-Kote SPG22 Advanced 100% solids ceramic/epoxy material designed to be trowel- or squeegee-applied on floors. Ideal for secondary containment applications. Non-shrinking high build material resists thermal and mechanical shock. One-coat application. Available in grey or off-white. DEP Approval as a coating for concrete secondary containment in the state of Florida. CeRam-Kote 54 SST Thin-film ceramic epoxy designed for use over marginally prepared substrates and rusty steel surfaces. Can be used over itself, as a primer under high performance topcoats, as a barrier coat or universal primer. Outstanding adhesion over marginally prepared substrates. Tolerant of moist/damp surfaces. Suitable for use in USDA inspected facilities. CeRam-Grout GC Advanced ceramic/epoxy grouting material designed to handle the toughest corrosion pitting problems in steel and the most difficult cracking and spalling problems in concrete. Non-shrinking high build material resists thermal and mechanical shock. One-pass application. CeRam-Kote 60 / Ceram-Thane 300 Two-coat system is specifically engineered to provide atmospheric corrosion control where UV protection and cosmetics are important. The system is not recommended for chemical immersion service. The CeRam- Kote 60 / CeRam-Thane 300 system can be matched to most colors. No primer is necessary when using the CeRam-Kote 60 / CeRam-Thane 300 system. CeRam-Kote 60 is applied directly to the properly prepared substrate in one pass followed one pass of CeRam-Thane 300. Typically, this application can be completed in the same working day. CeRam-Kote Marine is a thin-film, spray-applied and air-cured ceramic epoxy coating system recommended for atmospheric corrosion/light abrasion resistance as well as non-chemical immersion service in a marine environment. Not designed for critical service, areas of high abrasion/heavy impact and/or chemical resistance. CeRam-Kote Marine is available in a variety of colors. Fast, one-coat, two pass application. No primer needed. Must be topcoated when aesthetics are an issue. CeRam-Kote 99 Recommended for atmospheric corrosion / light abrasion resistance as well as non-chemical immersion service. CeRam-Kote 99P is a thin-film, spray applied and air-cured epoxy coating system recommended for use as a protective coating for recreational and industrial pools. CeRam-Kote 99P is available in a variety of colors. Fast, one-coat, two pass application. No primer needed.

CeRam-Floor Primer Trowelable Resurfacing Material Self Leveling Ceramic Slurry Polyester Urethane CeRam-Floor Primer is an epoxy resin designed to penetrate and provide a seal coat to unsealed concrete. The resin system has zero VOCs and serves as a primer for CeRam-Floor Self Leveling Ceramic Slurry, or topcoats: CeRam-Floor TC-1, CeRam-Floor TC-M or CeRam-Thane 300. CeRam-Floor Trowelable Resurfacing Material is a high build protective resurfacing system which utilizes 100% solids binder resins and a selected silica sand package to produce a tough and impact-resistant resurfacing material that is applied with a hand trowel. CeRam-Floor SELF LEVELING CERAMIC SLURRY is a high build (30-60 mils / 750-1500 microns) protective resurfacing system which utilizes 100% solids binder resins and a selected ceramic/aggregate package to produce a selfleveling material that is easily applied with a v-notched trowel or squeegee. CeRam-Floor TC-1 Topcoat for Floor System is a thin-film, spray or roller applied and air-cured ceramic epoxy system engineered to be cleanable. It is recommended as an economical topcoat over CeRam-Floor Primer or CeRam-Floor Self Leveling Ceramic Slurry. CeRam-Floor TC-1 is not recommended for areas exposed to UV light. CeRam-Floor TC-2 Topcoat for Floor System is a 100% solids, thin-film, ceramic epoxy system that offers a chemical resistant, non water-spotting, high gloss topcoat. CeRam-Floor TC2 is available in a variety of colors. Fast, one coat application. CeRam-Floor TC-M Topcoat for Floor System is a thin-film, ceramic epoxy coating system recommended as a topcoat over CeRam-Floor Primer or CeRam-Floor Self Leveling Ceramic Slurry. CeRam-Floor TC-M offers an amine-blush free cured film and offers excellent water spotting resistance. The cured film is a shiny, slick coating that has excellent flow properties. CeRam-Thane 300 is a heavy duty, high performance, twocomponent, exterior/interior, VOC compliant, high solids, polyester aliphatic urethane. Super tough, wet-look, high gloss finish with maximum gloss and color retention. Designed to withstand aggressive industrial environments and provide excellent durability against severe weather conditions, prolonged exterior exposure, abrasion, impact and general chemical attack.

CeRam-Thane 100 is a single component, thin-film, sprayapplied waterborne urethane engineered as a topcoat to provide ultraviolet light resistance and color fastness to almost all epoxy resins. For use in a controlled environment. CeRam-Thane 300 is Freecom s top-of-the-line, heavy duty, high performance, two-component, exterior/interior, VOC compliant, high solids polyester aliphatic urethane. Super tough, wet-look, high gloss finish with maximum gloss and color retention. Designed to with stand aggressive industrial environments and provide excellent durability against severe weather conditions, prolonged exterior exposure, abrasion, impact and general chemical attack. FAIRING COMPOUND CeRam-Kote Fairing Compound is a coarse, high-viscosity 100% putty ideal for surface leveling and sanding. It has excellent workability and sandability. The High Viscosity Fairing Compound has a creamy consistency and is designed to cure tack-free even in large masses. Because of its higher viscosity, it is an excellent choice when fairing vertical areas, particularly where thicknesses greater than 1/8" are involved. CeRam-Kote Fairing Compound cures well even in a feather edge. CeRam-Kote Organic Zinc Primer is a high solids zinc rich epoxy primer for protection of structural steel in salt or weathering environments that will be topcoated with CeRam- Kote products. Not recommended for immersion service. The primer offeres excellent adhesion and undercutting resistance. CeRam-Kote Organic Zinc Primer meets most VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) regulations. Available in green only.

CeRam-Kote Thinner 1 is an industrial grade thinner, recommended for use with CeRam-Kote epoxies. CeRam-Kote Thinner 1 is industrial grade MEK and is designed to optimize application/curing results with CeRam-Kote thin-film epoxy products. CeRam-Kote Thinner 3 is an industrial grade thinner, recommended for use with CeRam-Kote epoxies. CeRam-Kote Thinner 3 is designed to optimize application/curing results with CeRam-Kote thin-film epoxies when thinning is necessary. Preferred thinner for use in cold climates (60 F / 15.5 C) and under). CeRam-Kote Thinner 4 is an industrial grade thinner recommended for use with CeRam-Kote epoxies and urethanes. CeRam-Kote Thinner 4 is designed to optimize application/curing results with CeRam-Kote epoxies and urethanes. Preferred thinner for use in warmer climates, (i.e., above 80 F / 26 C). CeRam-Kote Thinner 5 is an industrial grade thinner recommended for use with CeRam-Kote epoxies and urethanes. CeRam-Kote Thinner 5 is designed to optimize application/curing results with CeRam-Kote epoxies and urethanes. It is the recommended thinner for hot climates, (i.e., over 90 F / 32.2 C) and to help slow cure time slightly.
