Service Solution Pack 1. Statement of Work 1.1 Introduction This Solution Pack shall apply to each Order placed under this Solution Pack and will remain in effect unless it is terminated or expires in accordance with the Governing Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Solution Pack and the Solution Pack, this Solution Pack will prevail with respect to the subject matter of this Solution Pack. General descriptions or references to particular Services in this Solution Pack or elsewhere in the Agreement are subject to the more detailed descriptions below. Services are only available for purchase by Customers who have also purchased, and DXC will be obligated to provide Services only if Customer has purchased, Services as described within the Solution Pack. Service usage is limited to within the Customer s. Termination or suspension of all or any part of the Service for any reason shall automatically result in termination or suspension, respectively, of all (or in the event of a partial termination or suspension, the corresponding part) of the Services under this Solution Pack. 1.2 Scope of Service DXC will provide to Customer the Services described by this Statement of Work following submission of Orders. DXC will deliver Services on a infrastructure in accordance with the Solution Pack except where otherwise specified below. Customers purchasing Multi-Tenant Services can choose one or more of the following services for file system level storage or database storage: a) Ultra High, b) High, c), d) Bulk and e) File Enhanced. Customer will use the Services Portal to order Services. A complete list of orderable items available in the requested data center can be viewed in the Services Portal. Any Services ordered by the Customer in the Services Portal that are not within scope of the Solution Pack(s) signed by the Customer will result in need for the Customer to sign an additional Solution Pack. This additional Solution Pack must be signed by the Customer before the Customer Order can be fulfilled. 1.3 Service Options Below are the Service options in order of highest to lowest levels of performance. Customer is responsible for selection of the appropriate storage tier to meet their performance requirements. Actual storage and application performance depend on a number of factors including without limitation workload size and type, and read/write activity. (2) Where High is not available, DXC reserves the right to substitute with Ultra-High at no increase in Charge to the Customer over what would apply to an equivalent allocation of High. 1.4 Additional Optional Services 1.4.1 Data Transport Service The Data Transport Service allows the Customer to transport data in and out of their compartment using a transportable Network Attached (NAS) device. The NAS device must be approved by DXC and supplied by the Customer. Customer is responsible for encrypting the data being transported by the Customer in and out of their compartment. Limitations may apply based on the approved NAS device type. 1.5 Service Limitations 1.5.1 Location Not all storage options are available in all DXC data centers. Only those storage options available for the data center housing the Customer s will be available for selection in the Services Portal (as they may be modified and supplemented from time to time by DXC). Service Levels 2.1 Overview This Exhibit describes Service Levels for Services, the manner in which they are measured and reported, and the consequences of Faults. 2.2 Service Levels and Service Credits Services are included in Service Levels and Service Credit calculations specified in the Solution Pack. Charges The following terms apply in addition to those set forth in the Solution Pack. 3.1 Charges Generally Customer agrees to pay then current one-time Charges and recurring Charges applicable to Services expressly described by Section 1, Statement of Work of this Solution Pack when these Services are purchased in conjunction with Services. 3.2 Costs and Expenses Customer remains responsible for all of its other costs and expenses related to receipt and use of the Services, including those related to Services.
