Priorities: > Continued attendance at all project meetings > FM review of any design changes > Monitor Variations and change management > Ensure continuing compliance > Plan for FM input to M&E installs and testing and commissioning > Plan for building handover and occupation including space planning > Issue tenders for all FM services > BIM data transfer, asset register and CAFM implementation

Priorities: > Ensure building operates or adapts in accordance with design intent and building operational demands > Audit performance of building and FM team > Management of internal fit outs > Health and Safety Management
STAGE 7 IN USE - PEOPLE
STAGE 7 IN USE - PEOPLE > Support FM Occupiers management team > Continue communication on fit-out and move activities > Retain dedicated aftercare team for agreed period ( at least 8 weeks) > Signage and wayfinding > Review user needs and ensure accessibility for all > Lesson learnt for Architects, contractors, project managers, specialist contractors

STAGE 7 IN USE - PROCESS > Don t take your eye off the plan see it through > Ensure capability to maintain and update all project data including asset / BIM data / O&Ms /drawings > Agree scope and timing of Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE) to include environmental performance, space utilisation, and overall productivity of the workplace > Conduct automatic, remote or manual monitoring to support POE > Change control to be in place > Follow up and implement agreed changes after POE > Conduct seasonal commissioning if required
