The company comprises a team of professionals from various disciplines which include qualified, professionally registered engineers whom have held various senior management positions within multinational organizations. We are a multi skilled company that has over 50 years combined experience amongst our senior management team. We provide diverse engineering and project management services ranging from conceptual studies to operation and maintenance of facilities. We have multi sector experience, including civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as town planning but, have specialised skills in Mining, Chemicals and Water Treatment as well as Skills Development and Training. In addition to general projects execution and project management, we have become known for our expertise in water management that include water modelling & monitoring, water treatment as well as waste water treatment - plant design & construction as well as management of these facilities. Our mining expertise includes deriving value from waste water streams, including effluent and acid mine drainage, as well as the potential value generation from minerals and by products contained within these waste water streams. 1

In addition to this B2B is able to assist its clients with the development of Blue Drop and Green Drop related plans and documents for its plant and infrastructure. B2B focuses on the design and optimisation of treatment processes, reactors, pump stations, pipelines and distribution networks. The company has developed a number of partnerships to assist it with expertise outside of its focus areas. This includes structural design and geotechnical engineering. The company has thorough understanding of the consulting engineering environment and has committed itself to deliver a level of service to its clients which can be compared to and even exceed that delivered by other older and larger firms. SENIOR STAFF Managing Director: Ms. Razia Diedricks (MA Development, HDE (Economic & Management Sciences) Razia has a background in education with a passion for human capital development as well as a focus on sustainability. Her experience in the private and public sector has honed her development skills and ability to take a holistic view of projects and identify key areas of focus to maximise social and economic development while still prioritising profitability. Her involvement in various NGOs as well as Corporate Social Investment experience has led to the establishment of productive relationships as well a pool of resource networks. She has led various teams and has mastered the art of combining the right people with the correct skills to attain outstanding results. Her research and academic network ensure that each project enjoys a diverse and thorough approach which is current, relevant and aligned with local, national and international sustainability and quality standards. COO: Mr. Riccardo Diedricks (BSc Chemical Engineering (Hons), BB 6 Sigma) Riccardo has a strong mining background with over 15 years spent in the platinum mining industry. In his last role, Riccardo was the head of technical, strategy and business optimisation for a large mine to market platinum producing company. Riccardo s focus is research and development and performance assessment of engineering infrastructure. He maintains strong ties with various academic institutions and strives to strengthen engineering practice through the continuous infusion, into the practice, of a better understanding of engineering science. As a result of his strong technical, financial and management ability, Riccardo is responsible for the day to day running of the company and project management. HOD Civil Engineering: Mr. Edwin Sikaala (PrTechEng, AMSAICE, Eng EIZ) Edwin s major fields of specialisation is Water resources and Wastewater management in developing countries. He worked for 23 years with engineering, planning, marketing, and administrative matters within wider Civil Engineering, Water & Wastewater Engineering as a Contractor, Consultant, civil servant, Project Manager and as a Water Engineer in the Mining Sector. He has special competencies in multipurpose municipal services infrastructure development and concrete structures that include Dams, Storm Drains, and small bridges, water resources/environmental planning, water supply and sanitation, and participatory planning and capacity building. Edwin has a proven ability to coordinate and work with multi-disciplinary teams HOD Mechanical Engineering: Mr. Lawrence Buwerimwe (BSc Eng (Mech), PrEng, SAIMECHE, ICMEESA, GCC factories) Lawrence has experience in various mechanical engineering fields, ranging from boreholes, building mechanical services, HVAC, Boiler maintenance, general maintenance, but to name a few. He has in excess of 15 year experience with multinational organisations. Lawrence has been active in various government projects and are very involved in specification generation, tender document compilation, tender evaluation, project management, contracts and construction management. B2B has a fully operational design office that employs very competent design staff as well as a financial account, a Quantity surveyor and admin staff. 7
