Terminal Commercial Manager An innovative strategy and approach for financing, developing, designing, leasing and managing all commercial activities in the new Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) and the Federal Inspection Services Building The TCM will be responsible for, at a minimal: Food and Beverage Services Specialty Retail Duty & Tax Free Retail News and Convenience Retail Airport Advertising Common-use lounge(s)/club rooms and or private suites for use by certain airline passengers and others for a fee, Passenger amenities including, but not limited to: foreign currency exchange, ATMs, spas, massage, haircare, nail care, shoeshine, baggage cart services, baggage wrap services, and other services and amenities as approved by HAS
Central Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) The CRCD will serve as the central receiving and distribution point for all food, beverage, retail, and other goods for IAH.
