The 10 th Premier Corporate Governance Conference will take place at the Montecasino Ballroom on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 August 2018. The Premier Corporate Governance Conference provides an excellent opportunity for delegates and sponsors to network with top business people, interested in Corporate Governance, from Southern Africa. This year s conference offers several prestigious marketing and promotional opportunities. Sponsors can choose from a variety of different packages and offerings. With the changing landscape of corporate governance in South Africa, this is an excellent opportunity to be recognised a company who wants to make a difference. The cost is R 20000 excl VAT and includes the following: Your logo with a link to your website on our website One complimentary delegate to attend the annual Premier Corporate Governance Conference The opportunity to place an insert into the conference bags The opportunity to place a banner on the Companies that support good governance wall of fame Your logo displayed on the screens in the conference room 2. Exhibition Space Once again, the exhibition will be an integral part of the event, and all tea breaks will be in the exhibition venue. This location offers excellent opportunities for companies to showcase their products. We have different options for exhibition stands available. Please refer to the floor plan. 3 x 3 Platinum @ R 13 500 ex VAT 3 x 2 Platinum @ R 11 000 ex VAT The cost of the exhibition stand is inclusive of the following: Shell scheme Lighting Fascia Name Cocktail table with 2 chairs Trestle table with 2 chairs Opportunity to take part in Trade Passport (see below) PLEASE NOTE THAT STANDS ARE BOOKED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

3. Trade passport All exhibiting companies have the opportunity to be part of the Trade Passport. Delegates will get a passport in their conference bag and will need to visit each participating stand and get their passport stamped at the stand. The delegates will have to have a full passport to qualify for the prize draws. Participating companies will have to provide a prize of their choice and will receive the information of the delegates who take part in this initiative after the event. The lucky draw will take place on the stage in the last session of the conference on Thursday 23 August. This will encourage all delegates to visit your stand. Cost to participate: No cost for exhibitors to participate just the cost of your prize One sponsor can also sponsor the actual trade passport. Your logo will be on the cover, and the delegates will have to hand in their passport at your stand once all stamps have been received. Cost to sponsor the trade passport: R 6 000 4. Branding opportunity of the networking cocktail function a. On Wednesday 22 August there will be a networking cocktail & canapes session on the outside balcony of the conference hall. This will take place at 17h00 directly after the conclusion of the conference for the day. b. You will have the opportunity to place banners and marketing material in the public areas. c. This cost includes 250 branded napkins with your logo (single colour). (Client to provide artwork in suitable format) d. The MC will announce that the delegates are invited to enjoy cocktails once the conference ends and that the cocktails are sponsored by your company. Your company logo will be on the conference screens at this time. He will also read a one minute blurb on your company and mention the names of the representatives from your company who are there for more information on the company. Cost to sponsor the networking cocktails : R 7 500

5. Sponsorship of a tea / coffee break There are 4 tea / coffee breaks available for sponsorship. - Mid-morning on day 1 / Mid-afternoon on day 1 / Arrival on day 2 / Mid-morning on day 2 As a sponsor, you will be permitted to place your marketing material on the food and beverage station and in the public areas. The MC will announce that the tea break is sponsored by your company and your logo or advert will appear on the screen at the end of the session. The cost of this sponsorship includes 250 white napkins branded with your company logo (single colour) and 250 branded coffee cup sleeves (one colour logo). Client to provide artwork in suitable format. Cost to sponsor a tea break : R 8 500 6. Sponsorship of the lunch venue The two lunches will be hosted in the beautiful La Toscana venue adjacent to the main conference room. La Toscana has an upstairs area with casual seating for 100 people and a downstairs area which will have a buffet and cocktail tables. You may sponsor the lunch venue and brand the whole venue. You may place your promotional material throughout the venue for the 2 days and use this opportunity to interact with delegates. Cost to sponsor lunch venue for two days : R 15 000 7. Name badge branding Your company logo will appear next to the CSSA logo on the name badges of all delegates. Cost to sponsor name badges: R 5 500

8. Conference Bags a. You have the opportunity to provide the conference bags which each delegate will receive at registration. Minimum number required is 250 bags. b. The bags should be at least A4 size and should be branded with your company logo and the logo of the CSSA. c. There is no sponsorship cost for this, but you are responsible for the full cost of the bags including delivery to the venue. 9. Placement of marketing material in the conference bags You will have the opportunity to place your marketing in the conference bags which are handed to the delegates as they register. 250 items to be supplied. Cost : R 4 000 10. Rolling adverts on the screen Your company advert will be played on the screens in the conference venue at various times at the beginning and end of the conference sessions during the course of the two days. Cost : R 4 000 11. Advertising in conference program You may purchase an advert in the conference program at the following rates: Outside Back Cover R 17 000 ex VAT Inside Back Cover R 12 500 ex VAT Inside Front Cover R 12 500 ex VAT Inside Full Page R 9 500 ex VAT Inside Half Page R 5 500 ex VAT Inside Quarter Page R 3 800 ex VAT You will be required to provide the designed advert in a suitable format.

12. Charging Station In this day and age of technology, everyone needs to charge their mobile devices. This opportunity is for your company to brand a mobile device charging station which will be placed at the entrance to the conference room. Please note this cost is for the branding opportunity and the cost of the hiring and branding of the charging station is not included this will be an additional charge depending on your requirements.
