GREEN H ALL CREATIVE HOUSE FOR PROGRESSIVE BUSINESS 20 880 m 2 THREE BUILDINGS TOTAL AREA 480 SPACES

GREEN PRODUCTIVITY BUILDING The new business centre GREEN HALL 2 is being built according to green building productivity philosophy. Here, modern technology and nature go hand in hand. Special environment for productive work and free creativity is created. GREEN HALL 2 will meet energy efficiency class A. This is the first business centre in Lithuania, where geothermal energy meets 100% of the building heating energy demand.

GREEN PRODUCTIVITY It s a good energy and a healthy working environment GREEN HALL 2 includes all the elements of green building productivity. There are: indoor air quality, microclimate, daylight transmittance, low noise level, aesthetic interior, environment sensation, convenient location, sports activity, staying close to nature.

BUILDING DESIGN Light combines efficiency, ecology and progress Arrow architecture houses provide the ingeniously simple solution how elongated, day light transmissive Green Hall 2 facades creates an opportunity to form internally naturally illuminated workplaces and opens up views to the green environment and the Old Town of Vilnius. Turned to the city centre big and glassy building pediment intrigues with different reflections at different times of the day.

BUILDING EXTERIOR Work creatively surrounded by nature Combining technologically efficient engineering solutions and expressive sculptural form, an exclusive building was created. Work areas equipped in Neris riverside park and green terraces around the building creates inspiring workplaces outside the building. GREEN HALL 2 philosophy reflects sustainable and active lifestyle. Near the building bicycle paths are created, electric cars charging area, bicycle storage, locker rooms are equipped.

PROGRESS THAT INSPIRES GEOTHERMAL HEATING NATURAL LIGHT DOUBLE FACADE For Green Hall 2 heating geothermal energy, which meets 100 percent of the heat energy demand, is used. Geothermal heating is recognized as the most ecological way of heating. Natural light increases employees productivity by 20 percent, improves emotional indicators and decreases absenteeism by 40 percent. The building is designed in the way that each workplace gets natural light. Moving with the sun automatic blinds control system will be equipped. The double facade design protects the employees from the city noise creating calm environment and retains the heat circulating inside. Thus, it helps to save energy and creates an ideal environment for work. SILENT VENTILATION Air quality directly affects the employees well-being and working ability. Modern microclimate control system guarantees optimal (21 C) temperature at any time. Weather divided evenly, with no drafts, and the system operation noise level is not higher than 35 decibels - the sound of whispers. ELECTRIC CARS CHARGING Green Hall 2 will have electric cars charging station which will charge a car in 30 minutes. For travellers by developed bicycle paths parking spaces, locker rooms and showers cabins are designed. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET The centre is equipped with technology to ensure maximum internet speed and reliable operation. Wireless network will ensure workplace mobility throughout the building and up to 100 meters outside of it.

CREATIVITY. TURN IDEAS INTO MEANINGFUL WORK GREEN PRODUCTIVITY UNIQUE ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS MOBILE OFFICE GREEN HALL 2 is being built in accordance with the green productivity philosophy - saving the environment and picking up from it what is best. Unique solutions - from geothermal heating to the natural environment around the building - allow to work effectively. Neris river bend near the building and elongated plot dictated the dynamically flexible, horizontal shape of the building, plastically emphasizing the bend of the river. Glassy building facade reflects big city and nature harmony. In the warm season the green square designed close to the business centre and special rest area on the Neris riverside, which allows to work and admire Neris loop panorama at the same time, invite to go out of office and walk. Outdoor areas covering high-speed wireless internet ensures work productivity.
