VDL MPC VDL Mechanical Precision Components (VDL MPC) has more than 90 years of specialized experience in precision sheet metal work and machining, along with related assembly work and machine construction. VDL MPC also serves as a contract manufacturer of high-quality mechanical and fine mechanical components and modules. Our goal is to support our customers throughout the entire process from initial design to the delivery of finished products. Our customers are active in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, defence, medical, machine construction and semiconductors.

Versatile VDL MPC offers a wide range of techniques for the production and assembly of high-quality components and (sub)assemblies, made of metal and plastic all under one roof. For a growing number of customers we produce complete machines to custom specifications, including the cabling and mechatronics. We also produce injection moulds for plastics. Our top-notch facilities even include a fully equipped clean room. VDL MPC produces both prototypes and series, and the company is organized with the flexibility to easily upscale and downscale production. Logistics and purchasing are fully able to meet these needs. Precision Precision is the key word at VDL MPC. Our specialization is prototyping, series production and assembly of mechanical components, sheet metal parts and assemblies with precision tolerances work that is often subject to the strictest of standards. Every machine in our thoroughly equipped facility has therefore been carefully selected for accuracy, reliability and flexibility. We also invest continuously to provide our personnel with the latest training and to achieve further automation and improvement of our processes so we can meet the highest customer expectations.

Complete process Knowledge of and experience with the latest techniques make VDL MPC suitable as both a co-designer and co-maker. Our broad experience works to your advantage: from the moment the initial idea is conceived, our specialists can provide you with the support you need to develop your product. If desired, we can take responsibility for the complete process, from design and construction of a prototype, to pilot run and production series, assembly, finishing, packaging and distribution. Naturally we can also assign project leaders during this process so you will have your own designated contact person.

quality Besides delivery performance and flexibility, you can expect high-quality products from VDL MPC. Precision components are measurable. In our quality department we make use of modern measurement equipment and techniques to compare results to your specifications. We even have an air-conditioned inspection room, with equipment such as a Zeiss measuring machine, where we perform inspections when the involved tolerances demand high precision.
