1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Please refer to the WWW specification sheet(s) for footwear construction and labeling information. Vendors must purchase all shoeboxes, hang tags and other packing materials from suppliers authorized by Wolverine Sourcing, Inc. All supplier contact information will be provided to the vendor by Wolverine Sourcing, Inc. 2. UPC/SKU/PRICE LABELS Apply WWW UPC labels as shown on document VCP 7.5.1, section 4.11. The factory is responsible for printing and applying SKU labels. The labels must be white, nonglossy, with black printing. Labels will show the QVC 13-digit SKU number and the respective code 128B barcode. The barcode must be a minimum 2.75 (7 cm) wide and 1 (2.54 cm) high, and the human readable SKU number must be 1/8 (.32 cm) high. The label should be a minimum 3.25 (8.3 cm) wide and 1.75 (4.5 cm) high. Detailed specifications are available from WWW. Samples must be approved by WWW and the customer prior to production. Apply the SKU label to the lower portion of the opposite end of the shoe box as the WWW UPC label (apply the WWW UPC label to one end and the SKU label on the other end). 3. SHIPPING CARTONS & PACKING 3.1 Carton requirements for footwear Top opening, regular slotted, double wall, C-flute corrugate construction. Minimum 200 pounds per square inch (PSI) bursting strength, 32 pounds per inch width edge crush test, paper weight 33-26-33-26-33. Glued carton side seams. The use of staples in the side seams is not allowed. Cartons must be sealed with tamper evident packing tape in an H pattern on top and bottom. Do not band the cartons. Cartons may not exceed 24 (61 cm) L x 40 (101.6 cm) W x 24 (61 cm) H and 40 Lbs (18 Kgs) gross weight. 3.2 Packing footwear Pack cartons according to the WWW packing list (available from gis.wwwinc.com or partners.wwwinc.com) and apply the corresponding WWW carton labels. Shoe Boxes must be banded with plastic bands. Bands can be ordered from Aero Rubber Company. (http://www.aerorubber.com/ or sales@aerorubber.com). SPECS - PE58515808 Place shoe boxes in carton so that the QVC SKU labels are facing upwards and all in the same direction. Pack only one stock number, size, and color per carton. Partial cartons must be marked PARTIAL in large bold lettering. Only use pieces of corrugate to fill empty spaces in shipping cartons. 4. SHIPPING CARTON MARKING 4.1 Carton labels For standard footwear cartons apply the WWW barcode carton label (license plate) to the front (width) of the carton and the smaller dimension of the label must wrap around the corner onto the side (length) of the carton. 5. PACKING LIST For each purchase order, a complete packing list itemized by carton is to be attached to the lead carton (carton #1). The envelope containing the packing list must be clearly marked as Packing List Enclosed. Packing lists must include the following information: QVC PO number WWW Internal Reference number Carton numbers WWW stock number(s) QVC SKU numbers Color(s) Sizes & widths Quantity per carton Total quantity per SKU Weights & measurements See FORMS VCP 7.5.1.10 for an example of an acceptable packing list format. 6.
