INTRODUCTION NMWL FORUM Introduction We are excited to invite you to the New Mobility World Logistics 2018 (NMWL 18), which will take place at the IAA Commercial Vehicles in Hanover, Germany (September 20-27, 2018) the leading trade show for mobility, transport and logistics in the world. The NMWL FORUM is IAA s main conference format in which you will not only find automotive industry representatives, but also media, tech, political and municipal representatives, startups, and the scientific world listening. The fully curated program will take place on September 24-27, 2018, on two stages, hosting exciting talks and panel discussions. To ensure a high quality conference, FORUM speakers are charged a speaking fee. These Guidelines will help you with your applications and we are looking forward to your ideas. The application deadline is April 22, 2018, 23:59 CET. We are looking forward to your submissions. Good luck!

Who are We Looking for? We are looking for an inspiring, cross-industry and diverse group of speakers sharing something new and surprising; an idea or invention that your audience has never heard about or a unique insight, a compelling new argument on something that your audience has already heard about, that challenges common beliefs or perspectives. Structure and Stage Setup Unlike classic conferences, focusing on one particular subject and discussing this at length, the FORUM touches on the broad range of relevant subjects related to the future of mobility in logistics. Given the breadth of this overall subject, the program focuses on providing impulses, food for thought and further discussion Due to this nature, the FORUM offers a maximum of 15 minutes per individual speaker on stage. Most speakers will talk for 10 minutes or participate in panels The FORUM program will take place on two stages, Main Stage and Speakers Corner, with each track lasting approximately 1-1.5 hours STRUCTURE & STAGE

FORMATS Formats and Pricing To ensure a high quality conference, FORUM speakers are charged a speaking fee. This fee will be charged only, once your speaking slot is confirmed. The scheduled topics are meant as a framework to guide your ideas and to create a visionary conference. Applications will be reviewed and judged by relevance, vision and uniqueness 2. In case of any questions for clarification, speakers will be contacted 3. As soon as the application has been selected, the speaker s name, title, company/organization, website, topic and abstract may be made public. During the selection phase (before the speakers have been selected and confirmed), the organizers of the NMWL 18 and anyone involved in the selection process, guarantee to keep the name of the speaker and the content of the proposal confidential.
