AHMSA s hot rolled products comply with the highest international quality standards. The company s plate and coil production processes are certified under the ISO 9002 standard. To comply with its automotive industry customers, AHMSA s hot rolling area obtained the QS 9000 certification. In an effort to protect the environment during its production processes, the Company also received the ISO 14001 certification. AHMSA supplies plate (cut-to-length and coiled) and hot rolled strip (coiled) in different grades and specifications for various applications in the autromotive and construction industries. These products are also used to manufacture heavy machinery, tubing, structures and pressure vessels, among others. AHMSA is Mexico s only manufacturer of wide plate. The grades presented in this catalogue represent our main product line. A minimum volume is required to manufacture certain grades and/or are subject to other restrictions.
