We have added insight and opportunity to multi-site compliance. Multi-site compliance services The job of compliance is rarely an easy one, particularly when sites are distributed regionally or nationally. Are policies and procedures that support your strategic objectives being followed appropriately? Are your compliance frameworks operating effectively? Is the customer experience consistent? These are questions that put both the reputation and performance of the organisation on the line. Our approach to multi-site compliance audits helps your organisation to harness insights and opportunity so compliance activities become a real advantage. Not only do we provide a clear picture of what s happening on the ground, we use the latest digital tools and data visualisation techniques to provide unique insights that help pinpoint areas of risk and opportunity across the organisation. How the process works Understanding the challenge We begin with a discussion to understand your needs, and find out quickly where the organisation is at and how the current programs and strategies are working. Identify key issues We then zero in on the critical issue(s) to be investigated and resolved, focusing on the areas of risk and opportunity across the organisation s operations. Co-create a solution We work together to co-create a solution that delivers actionable insights and a program of work tied closely to the strategic objectives of the organisation. PwC s approach to multi-site compliance builds on the methods, frameworks and analytic tools we have developed for other areas of our assurance practice.
