It is also a terrific way to advertise our company. We are here to enhance creative abilities and to inspire others.

Pg. 4 Marketing and Prices Restaurant, hotels, motels, churches, schools, business owners, houses, etc. Any kind of people are welcome to buy our products it means that everyone is our target market. Our prices depend on the materials that is used to make our products. We would double the price to divide it to our workers, facilities and charities. We decided to do it this way to make sure that everything would be balance. We have a website that customers could contact us and they can also order online. Our business is going to be well advertise because of the people that could be part of it. We also have promos that we would advertise such as free installation, free delivery, and buy one take one to attract customers. We would also help fundraiser for sports and other extracurricular activities to involve students and staff. Our business could possibly branch throughout North America.

Pg. 5 Workers and Day to day In our company, we also focus on our employees, because great employees make great products. Products that we brought from house workers would be sent to the shop one where we check products that we brought and focus on the things that we can change or fix. In the office is where an engineer and interior designers make or drew their ideas that they would want to make. Shop two is where we make all the products. Workers start their jobs at ten in the morning and leave at four in the afternoon, we make sure that workers work wisely in the given time by writing down what they did in that day by the end of their shifts. Office and table workers are paid $17.00 per hour and get paid $1,360 bi-weekly. Interior designers are paid $20.00 per hour. Workers must graduate elementary and high school and have the creativity skills and an engineer. We also look for job experiences. As I say we also promote recycled products it means that we appreciate materials from people that they won t use, we would also buy new materials that we would need such as woods, cords etc. We would also advertise our products by posting pictures from our website pages, magazine and newspaper.

Every year would be different because, our business would possibly get known more each year. Pg. 8 Why did you pick this business idea? Would you consider starting your own business in the future? I pick this business idea because I would like to start a business that have a substantial impact to everyone. I like helping others by making a business that supports charities. So far, I have never heard of this business idea, I thought of it because it also benefits people who has a terrific creativity, I want them to share their talents. I know that in businesses there is up and down, but that does not mean that you should stop trying and I know that this business idea is not really a common business plan such as restaurants, gym or anything like that because there is not much people that really value arts and they think that it is not important they don t see art the way I see it but I think it is unique in many ways. I would consider starting a business in the future to make a difference and inspire entrepreneurs to accomplish their dreams.
