delivering CLEAN ENERGY to your Doorstep

01 Who We Are Who We Are 02 WHO WE ARE Corporate Structure IEV started with the invention of the ocean-powered marine growth technology by its founder and current President & CEO, Christopher Do in 1987. From a single product line to becoming a fully integrated energy provider, IEV has grown steadily throughout its 28 years of operation and expertise into successful multi-national group of companies with a solid foundation for growth and development serving the oil and gas industry. PT. IEV GAS is 95% owned subsidiary of IEV Holdings Limited a public listed company on the Catalist board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. Business Sector Today, IEV is well recognized as one of the leading providers of subsea products and services to support the upstream oil and gas industry in the Asia Pacific. IEV is also a provider of mobile natural gas to the industrial sector, a business IEV developed since 2005. IEV is involved in the exploration and production of hydrocarbon through its cooperation agreement ( KSO ) by PERTAMINA to carry out E&P activities in West Java, Indonesia. In 2013, through its first investment into a biomass plant in Vietnam, IEV plans to produce rice husk biomass and supply them to international customers for power generation and industrial use. IEV s sustainable growth stems from its vision to make energy affordable and accessible to all by championing innovative solutions through its streamlined four business sectors: Offshore Engineering Sector (OES), Mobile Natural Gas Sector (MNGS), Exploration and Production Sector (EPS), and Renewable Energy Sector (RES). 03 What We Do What We Do 04 WHAT WE DO High demand for energy, limited non-renewable resources and ecological challenge have prepared us to meet the demand by proposing an eco-friendly alternative energy. We develop cost-effective technology to produce, transport, and deliver Mobile Natural Gas (MNG). The virtual pipeline enables customers to utilize gas for industrial, commercial, transportation and remote power generation. Our aim is to make energy affordable, lessen the dependency on liquid fuel, and champion alternative and clean energy solutions. IEV currently operates a 4.5 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) supply chain in West Java. We supply CNG to industrial customers within a 200km radius without pipeline access, to replace more expensive fuels such as Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Marine Fuel Oil. IEV's focuses on the utilisation of natural gas to replace oil as the primary source of fuel. The supply of MNG will help accelerate the domestic utilisation of natural gas.

05 Who We Offer What We Offer 06 WHAT WE OFFER Under MNGS, we provide a virtual pipeline gas delivery system. There are two types of MNG varied by the process; Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) CNG provides an economical, flexible and efficient alternative to traditional pipeline natural gas delivery system. Natural gas from our feed gas would be compressed to 200-250 bars, loaded into CNG trailers for transport by road. At the delivery point, the pressure of CNG in the trailer is reduced to a suitable level for either vehicular or industrial end use. If natural gas is used as vehicular fuel, CNG will be maintained or recompressed to 200 bars or higher pressure for delivery into vehicle s CNG tanks. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) The technologies for building LNG plants are now commercially viable and practical and are being implemented throughout the world. This concept allows LNG production facilities to be built at reasonable cost and located at strategic supply routes, city gates and industrial sites. LNG which varies from pipeline gas, biogas, flare gas, stranded gas or landfill gas, goes through several removal procedures such as carbon dioxide removal and water removal. After liquefaction process, the LNG will be ready to be stored and loaded into the trailer.

07 What We Offer What We Offer 08 Pipeline Stranded Gas Associated Gas Biogas SOURCES OF GAS Our Values: Integrity and Innovation CNG Compressed Natural Gas LNG Liquefied Natural Gas Accountable, committed, proficient and reliable are the four words in describing our professional conduct. We adhere to the highest standards of efficiency, competence and integrity in all our actions. MODE OF TRANSPORT Our innovative thinking and passion for excellence is ingrained in our work culture to improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of our services. We focus on enhancing our competencies and skills to remain current and competitive. Onshore Onshore Marine We constantly explore and adopt the best practices in our business dealings by complying with laws, regulations, rules, ethical principles and company policies, and accept accountability for our actions. RECEIVING FACILITY As a public listed company, we are committed to our stakeholders by utilizing resources efficiently and managing costs effectively for sustainable profitable growth. Pressure Reduction Unit Regasification Unit We aim to protect the safety of our people, community, and the environment by operating our business in an environmentally and socially END USE OF CNG & LNG responsible manner. Power Plant (Gas to Power) Industrial & Commercial Use Natural Gas Vehicle

09 What We Offer What We Offer 10 End Use of LNG and CNG Vehicular and Marine Transportation LNG is supplied to the vehicular and marine transportation market via LCNG (LNG-to-CNG) stations. LNG can be dispensed directly into vehicles as a liquid fuel or pressurized by a high pressure pump to near 4000 psig, and then vaporized and supplied as CNG using conventional CNG dispensers. The high energy content of LNG makes it an ideal fuel to substitute diesel for long haul transport vehicles and marine vessels. Power Plant (Gas to Power) For large industrial users, LNG can be delivered by road directly to customer sites, stored in large insulated on-site storage tanks, vaporized and supplied as natural gas to power generators, boilers, burners, etc. Industrial, Commercial and Residential Users LNG can be delivered to a storage site, vaporized and reticulated via a dedicated distribution network. This option is an excellent economical solution to extend the reach of existing gas distribution systems into newly-developed or remote areas while waiting for installation of permanent gas pipelines.
