Essential subjects for project and site managers, such as project planning and control, HSE, risk and claim management, leadership in projects and project governance, are covered in great detail. Customized and widespread The PMQ Programme comprises of various modules, which are divided into three qualification levels. It is highly customisable to the specific needs of the global KAEFER group, as well as to regional and local requirements and laws of the KAEFER subsidiaries worldwide.
