Deloitte s Next Generation CIO Programme is designed to address the real challenges and business issues of today s CIO At Deloitte, we ve seen first-hand how the role of the Chief Information Officer has evolved and the demands on the Technology function multiplied over the past few decades. Heightened levels of scrutiny, increased need for efficient global processes, an insatiable demand for technology-enabled innovation, complex sourcing challenges and a constant request to do more with less. All our participants are hand-picked by Group CIOs based on their capability and ambition to become a CIO of the future The Next Generation CIO Programme is designed for high performing individuals who have the potential to step up to the role of Group CIO in the next few years. Our programme is available to IT professionals across all industries who have been nominated by their Group CIO based on their ability and aspiration to succeed as a future CIO. The programme is designed for groups approximately 15, with attendance from across a range of industries, in order to maximise the benefit to attendees.
