The Independent Employee at Raymond James Qualifications A minimum of three years experience and $500,000 or higher in annual fee and commission revenues is a prerequisite for joining our firm as an independent employee advisor. Payout Options You receive payouts from 70% to 80%, according to business and production mix, with no ticket charges. In turn, you manage and control your practice s expenses.
