Inline Timber 3 Inline Timber Timber Floors The Inline Timber pre-formed shower base has been developed specifically to allow the installation of a wetroom on a timber floor. Available in a range of sizes, the former has a built-in gradient ensuring that water from the shower is directed towards the integral linear drain, giving a sleek and stylish finish. The key feature of the Inline Timber is its two-way fall which allows the tiling to be laid without diagonal cuts, therefore making it ideal for use with large format tiles. The integrated linear drain can be fitted with one or two traps and a choice of stylish grill finishes. Inline Timber 4 Former The Inline Timber floor former is manufactured using a highdensity XPS foam with a mineral coating on both sides, making them both lightweight and easy to handle, whilst maintaining good thermal properties and compressive strength. The former has a pre-formed 12mm fall, providing a consistent two-way gradient every time. The clever design allows for far higher flow rates than a more traditional four-way fall former whilst the linear drain makes it ideal for the installation of large format tiles. Each Inline Timber former is supplied with a stainless steel trim for detailing the difference in tile heights where the former meets the remainder of the bathroom floor - see image for details. Waste The trap has an adjustable ball joint and comes with removable dip-tube. For ease of installation, it can be fitted anywhere within the central section of the trough, making it simple to avoid joists and other such obstructions. Inline Timber 5 Grill Finish The grill is available in three different finishes. All are manufactured in 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring a stunning high quality finish and supplied 600mm long. MG1 Type MG1 Oblong slots: MG1 Rows of oblong slots in a grained stainless steel finish. ST1/ST2 Type ST1 & ST2 - Stone-infill: Allows a section of tile to be inserted to provide a sleek continuous look with a minimal stainless steel frame around the tile. ST1 Suitable for 10-12mm stone / porcelain tiles ST2 Suitable for stone up to 20mm thick Type FL1 - Frameless Infill A similar solution to our ST1 grill but without a visible frame around the tile. Creates the look of a continuous tiled floor. Will take stone / porcelain tiles from 6mm to 20mm thick. FL1 Height Adjustment The grill is height adjustable in 1mm increments to suit tile thicknesses of 6mm to 20mm. Additional spacers are available upon request for tiles thicker than 20mm. How to specify To specify your Inline Timber solution, simply select the former size, the grill finish and any additional traps (depending on the required flow rate). Membrane It is essential that the floor is waterproofed or tanked using one of the Majestic Floor Membranes - See page 20. The trap is located within the base component which comes un-drilled allowing for extra flexibility. Solid Floor 11 Solid Floor Drains The Inline Solid Floor Drain has been developed specifically for concrete or screed floors and can be used on concrete slabs, planks and block and beam floors. The key feature of the Solid Floor Drain is its height - the total height from the base to the top of the trough being only 55mm, making it perfect for today s modern construction methods. The drain incorporates a unique waterless trap which has a lifetime guarantee and has been granted BBA approval. It is available with one or two traps and a choice of stylish grill finishes. Solid Floor 12 Waterless Trap Trap The waterless trap has been specially designed with a spring loaded mechanism which keeps the trap sealed when not in use. This ensures that even when left unused for prolonged periods the trap cannot dry out, making it ideal for situations where the shower is not in everyday use. Solid Floor 13 Grill Length All Inline Floor Drains are supplied with a 660mm drain body/trough. All lengths of grill are then fitted onto this trough. The MG1 grill is available in four standard sizes: 600mm 800mm 1000mm 1200mm The ST1, ST2 and FL1 grills are available in 15 lengths up to 2000mm. The drain body/trough is always installed first prior to the application of the waterproofing membrane, with the grill installed at the point of tiling. Regardless of the length of the grill, the drain body always remains the same at 660mm. Where the grill length exceeds 660mm the ends of the grill overhang the drain body and are supported with tile adhesive. Grill Finish MG1 The grill is available in two different finishes. From the contemporary Stone-Infill or ultra stylish Frameless to the simplicity of the Brushed stainless steel, we have a grill finish to complement any design. We manufacture all of our grills using only 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring a stunning high quality durable finish, complete with our Lifetime Guarantee. Solid Floor 14 Grill Type - Wall or Floor There are two types of grill available with the solid floor drain, both fit onto the drain body using 8 pre-set fixing points. Both of the Floor Grill and Wall Grill are independently height adjustable, enabling the grill to be positioned precisely to suit the tile thickness being used. The final position of the Wall Grill is also independently width adjustable by up to 38mm, allowing the grill to be neatly positioned up against the wall tile, after the drain body has been installed, for a perfect finish every time. Floor Grill Wall Grill The centre point of the Floor Grill is typically positioned 150mm from the wall, to create a two-way fall within the shower. Grill width 58mm. The Wall Grill is positioned neatly up against the wall, to create a one-way fall within the shower. Grill width 86mm.

To specify the drain body, select the required number of traps along with the bracket type. Then simply choose the grill, selecting the desired type, length and finish.
