Cndenser Design Aqua Cler chillers use leading edge cndenser technlgy n its air cled units. The cils are manufactured using a cil pattern that prvides higher capacities, lwer refrigerant charge weights and higher peratinal efficiencies than ther heat pumps n the market. The triple 7 pattern wrks s well due t 2 factrs the 7mm tube diameters are amng the smallest in the market and the equilateral tube arrangement which creates equal distances between each tube and its six adjacent tubes. Bth these features result in mre tubes per fin crss sectin and this means mre primary surface area. This cmbinatin f tube diameter and equilateral tube arrangement results in higher capacity and lwer refrigerant charge. Cntrller/ Thermstat High -Aqua Cler chillers are available with a state f the art micrprcessr cntrller. The cntrller allws the chiller t be cnnected t the internet t allw remte mnitring and cntrl. The chiller can als cmmunicate with the BMS using Mdbus and BacNet prtcls withut the need f a gateway. The cntrller is als mnitring pressures in the refrigeratin system, mnitring water flw and supply and return water temperatures which allws very accurate cntrl f the chiller and makes it suited fr the prcess it is cling. The sftware is als cnfigured t allw tw chillers t be set up in tandem t allw lad sharing, N+1 redundancy and duty cycling.
