Scaffolding Erection and Dismantling We offer the services of scaffolding erection, dismantling including transporting to & fro from site for EPC Tank Works, Vessels Erection & Structural Steel works. DS offers scaffolding works including erection (hanging type or tower type) with all tools, consumables and safety equipments as per the requirement. The crew is also capable of executing ship repair jobs as per strict safety and productivity guidelines set by ministries and various agencies. We have a well trained team of scaffolders with all relevant PDO approved certifications. DS also offers flexibility of erection on cu mtr basis.
Industrial Insulation (HOT & COLD) We offer the services of HOT & COLD insulation for Pipes, Vessels, Columns, Exchanges, Manifolds & various other areas of Oil & Gas field. The services starts right from sourcing of material, transporting to site, storage & handling, site cladding measurement & cutting & insitu fixing. The coating services starts right from Blasting (Grid & Grit), application of coating and finally usage of airless spray painting. Supply/Handling/Mixing of Oilfields Chemicals We offer the range of services in the domain of specialty chemicals required for oil fields. We have an agreement with bulk suppliers internationally to supply the chemicals for your requirements at a very competitive rate. The chemicals can be transferred to the site from the port area and can be stored at the yard specially built for the purpose at site. The well experienced teams handling the chemicals are also having an expertise of mixing the chemicals at the desired composition for various applications as and when required. Civil & Mechanical Works We are holding a team of supervisors who are capable enough to supervise the construction activities in Oil Fields and Ship Repair docks. The concept of permit holders and applicants is very well versed with our organization. We follow very strict rules in monitoring the progress of work by maintaining the Supervisor to workers ratio i.e. 1:20 in case of PDO areas and job specific ratio in Ship repair yards. We are continuously training our supervisors to equip them with latest techniques to get more productivity in lesser time.
