Digging into the detail, we find: Those on the latest releases are more satisfied (NPS score 12 points higher) and those with a low level of customization are also more satisfied (an additional 12 points higher). Bottom line for Practitioners: Upgrading current solution and going vanilla may address underlying reasons for dissatisfaction. Nevertheless, Cloud slate vendor solutions are getting higher user satisfaction scores. 19
