CP 1200 P 3000 Ahead of the times with intelligent blister line technology MediSeal
Tomorrow s thermoforming lines are based on servo-technology. Give your products the packages they deserve! The innovative servo and control technology from Klöckner Medipack sets new standards: Design: Clean: Continuous levels and streamlined design, smooth surfaces, balcony construction, ideal to clean. Manageable: Despite the all-round panelling, the entire line remains easily manageable. Accessible: Easily accessible from all sides. Hoods are hinged, the electrical control cabinets can be swivelled aside. Concept: Separate servo drives are installed for all the main functions. Maximum flexibility despite the integrated line technology. Space can easily be made for supplementary functions. Zoning ensures that function areas are clearly segregated. The blister packs are transferred without conveyor belts, without stacking magazines, with direct stack formation and direct insertion into the carton.
The face of tomorrow. The carriage with large reels of bottom foil docks onto the machine precisely. The lid foil feeder is located at the rear of the machine. Here, too, the carriages for large reels ensure long running times. Easily accessible by every conceivable type of print unit. The vertically installed preheating and thermoforming station. Camera fill control inspection. Plate sealing unit opens and closes automatically. The dosing area is clearly segregated from the other zones to ensure perfect product integrity. The length of the dosing area can be increased for every conceivable product feed.
CP 1200 P 3000
An innovative concept for control and transfer. Control The main requirements to be met today are: easy operation, manageability, speed and safety. Our concept provides all the answers: - Touch-screen with graphic user interface ensures simple, easy-to-learn intuitive operation of the machine. Access levels are protected by passwords for maximum security. - All electrical format parameters can be called up at the push of a button for quick format changes. This also applies to such supplementary units as fill control and bar code readers. - Productivity, running times and fault causes are recorded in detail and the data are analyzed. Effective fault analysis will boost efficiency. - Data are recorded in relation to orders in the batch log and in relation to machines in the machine log. - All machine functions operate reliably in accordance with a PLC machine control of the latest generation with integrated servo-axis control. Transfer* Continuous control and safety also during transfer: - Stacks are formed directly beneath the punching station to ensure safe handling of the blisters. - Reject packages are compensated by spare blisters stacked in between. - Completed stacks are transferred to the infeed by cellular belts with positive engagement. - Packages are always grasped securely. - A manual refeeding chute is optionally available. The entire line is operated via a central touch-screen terminal. * U.S. Patent No. 6,347,709
CP 1200 P 3000. Intelligent technology wins the day. ZONE 1 ZONE 2 Film/foil changes without stopping the machine thanks to the film/foil accumulator 3, splice table 2 and moving reel holders 1. Low space requirement and easy access thanks to vertical arrangement of the preheating station 4 with direct extractor, thermoforming station 5 and draw-off unit 6 with servomotor drive. ZONE 1-5 The function areas are clearly segregated in zones 1 to 5. Perfect product integrity thanks to the consistently segregated dosing area, which is accessible from both sides and can be air-conditioned. Simple replacement of every conceivable product feed 7. ZONE 3 ZONE 5 ZONE 3 Straightforward infeed of the lid foil thanks to the movable reel mount on the rear of the machine 8. All types of print units can be integrated 9. Ideal for processing thermoformable and cold-formable materials, as well as rigid packagings: Plate sealing unit 10, draw-off unit with servomotor drive 11 and large compensating loop 12. Exemplary operator interface on the central touch-screen terminal 17. Extensive data acquisition and evaluation. Settings are saved and reproduced at the push of a button when changing to a different format. ZONE 1 ZONE 2 ZONE 4 ZONE 4 Top performance in the compact high-speed section: code-embossing station 13, perforating station 14, draw-off unit with servomotor drive 15, punching station 16. Tools are changed by hand using quick-release catches. High degree of safety of the double-lane blister line* Stack formation 18 with elimination of empty 19 and reject 20 packages immediately after punching. Optional manual refeeding chute 21. ZONE 5 Cartons are accurately uprighted at high speed** by the rotary carton uprighter 22 with breakover (Fig. 1) and servo-controlled transfer to the cycled carton conveyor belt 23. Extremely quiet running at half the cycle number by inserting the blister stacks into the carton (with leaflet) in pairs 24 and closing the carton (Fig. 2). The rotary carton uprighter with breakover before transferring the cartons to the carton conveyor. Inserting the blister stacks in pairs ensures full productivity in half the number of cycles. * U.S. Patent No. 6,347,709 ** U.S. Patent No. 6,357,623
