Eradication of Viral Haemorrhagic Septicaemia in Danish Aquaculture Initiated in 1960 ies by the fish farmers as a volontary programme Danish Veterinary and Food Administration prepared the legislative basis and controls for the programme during 1970 ies All costs for the eradication culling, fallowing and cleaning and disinfection - paid by individual fish farmer Programme continued until 2009 where final measures were initiated
