1 Super absorbent wound dressing P1 Wounds, in particular chronic wounds, can lead to a considerable reduction in quality of life. Pain, loss of mobility as well as wound exudation and the smell of the wound play a role for those affected. Thanks to the BEESANA P1, you can take the first step towards caring for chronic and slightly to heavily exudating wounds according to the current healing phase. The wound dressing specially designed for the first phase of wound healing (exudation phase) has impressive features. SuperCore * : Pure, barrier-free absorbency SuperCore absorbent cores consists of pure, extremely absorbent material based on cellulose, and thanks to its patented manufacturing technology, does not use any kind of adhesive or binding agent. Thanks to the special thermomechanical fiber bonds, with the SuperCore, it is possible to achieve impressive absorbency and a very good level of fluid distribution compared with traditional absorbent cores. By not using any non-absorbent components, SuperCore products have up to 30% more absorbency than traditional absorbent cores. 3 Super absorbent wound dressing P1 drain BEESANA P1 drain was specially designed for use with drains, catheters and similar. Thanks to the cross-cut, the BEESANA P1 drain adheres closely to the tube systems or cables of differing diameters and is therefore able to effectively absorb even the smallest quantities of exudate.
