1 General Congress enacted the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) to ensure that all women have access to quality mammography for the detection of breast cancer in its earliest, most treatable stages. MagView and MQSA MagView is compliant with all MQSA requirements. Furthermore, we are committed to continuing the development of MagView to remain compliant with any new MQSA requirements which may be enacted in the future. There are many features which facilitate compliance requirements of MQSA, including requirements relating to the site s quality assurance program, medical outcomes audit, communicating with patients and referring physicians, and mammography quality control.
