3 Description for IP Implementation 1 Ovview As specified in the svice product portfolio, the IP implementation svice covs a sies of IP equipments (Rout, Switch, WLAN, and so on). 1.1 Architecture has a solid track record in deliving high-quality UPS implementation svice to customs. 4 Description for IP Implementation 2 Description The ups implementation svice primarily consists of three parts: engineing svice, Supvision commissioning svice, and pow-on svice 2.1 Engineing Engineing svice covs hardware installation, software commissioning, and project. The engineing svice is delived quickly and securely by based on 's corporate platforms and rich expience in engineing. Specifically, the engineing svice consists of seven parts: project, site survey, hardware installation, paramet setting, and acceptance testing. 2.2 Supvision Supvision commissioning svice provides technical guidance for hardware installation and paramet setting. It consists of four parts: hardware supvision, paramet setting, and acceptance testing. gives answs to product technology issues that may be raised during hardware installation, guides the installation psonnel through hardware installation, vifies the installation, and helps the installation psonnel correctly and quickly complete installation and commissioning tasks. 2.3 Pow-on Pow-on provides engineing quality inspection and paramet settings. It consists of four parts: engineing quality inspection and paramet settings. When custom has finished the hardware installation, engine or ctification engine will first check the environment and the engineing quality for UPS, and then pow-on the UPS Copyright Page 4 of 14
5 Description for IP Implementation 2.4 Details Project Management Definition Content Project is to monitor and manage all engineing implementation activities by following PMP and EPC processes and complying with genal standards in ord to ensure that projects are completed as planned and required by the custom, without compromising project quality. Communication : Manages supplis and subcontractors, communicates with the custom about project implementation, and summarizes expience. Cost : Proply estimates the purchase and labor costs and monitors the project cost accounting to ensure that the implementation svice cost remains at an appropriate level. Scope : Manages the project scope based on 's rich expience in engineing. 7 Description for IP Implementation Site Survey Definition Content A site survey is to check the site conditions (including intior layout, pow supply and cabling environments) based on the equipment configuration list. The site survey content varies with products. Product Module Description Site survey Site survey Survey of equipment layout Survey of the pow supply to equipment Survey of the equipment monitoring system Survey of equipment transmission and cable connections Delivables Survey of equipment layout: Makes a survey of the intior and extior environments of the equipment room, the structure and dimensions of the equipment room, and existing equipment and auxiliary facilities (for example, wheth the pow supply, ground bar, air condition, cable tray, and elevated floor are available) to ensure that equipment can be successfully installed in the equipment room. Survey of the pow supply to equipment: Makes a survey of the pow system in the equipment room to ensure that the pow supply supports the equipment to be installed. Survey of the equipment monitoring system: Makes a survey of the tempature sensor, humidity sensor, smoke sensor, door access system, wat sensor, and mains cut-off protection system to ensure that the equipment to be installed can opate at a monitored environment. Survey of equipment transmission and cable connections: Makes a survey of cable connections, trunk cable and intface types, cascading cables between irregularly deployed cabinets, and extnal network cables, as well as cable tray and DDF/ODF provided by. The cable adjustment svice may be required in scenarios such as capacity expansion, network reconstruction, and network migration. Hardware self-check and pow-on: Completes the quality check on the equipment against the quality checklist and modifies those unqualified items. Aft hardware installation is vified, pows on equipment and checks wheth the indicators are functional.
