End-to-End Integration Business Process The Oracle Financials Accounting Hub Integration Pack for PeopleSoft General Ledger process integration pack is a pre-built best practice integration process that is also configurable and extensible to meet your unique process needs. Based upon open, standards-based Service Oriented Architecture, it is designed out-of-the-box to enable seamless synchronization of your enterprise reference data and integration of accounting entries between Oracle Financials Accounting Hub and PeopleSoft General Ledger. 2 and chart of accounts structures and currency reference data for PeopleSoft General Ledger and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub to support applications synchronization of reference data. PeopleSoft General Ledger is the master repository for all the reference data. Oracle Financials Accounting Hub relies on the business and chart of account structures and synchronized reference data. Oracle Financials Accounting Hub delivers a centralized accounting engine for creation of detailed, auditable and reconcilable accounting entries for a variety of source systems, enabling you to streamline accounting for your business. The process integration pack provides automatic transfer of accounting entries (of non PeopleSoft source systems) from Oracle Financials Accounting Hub to PeopleSoft General Ledger, minimizing the need for manual intervention. Drill-down from balances in PeopleSoft General Ledger to informative accounting journals in the Oracle Financials Accounting Hub increases efficiencies during analysis of fiscal balances. Standardize Dimension Mapping Between Systems The Oracle Financials Accounting Hub Integration Pack for PeopleSoft General Ledger delivers user friendly configuration capability for defining domain value mappings that allows business and IT users to define and manage value maps for key elements (attributes, organizations, etc.) supporting the business objects being synchronized. Domain Value Maps leverage Fusion Middleware Service Oriented Architecture Suite, and is highly configurable and extensible to customer-specific mappings. The Domain Value Map for this process integration pack enables you to map Business Structures, Chart of Accounts, Currency Codes and Currency Rate Types. Synchronize Reference Data and Streamline Accounting The integration process and architecture supports configuration, process monitoring and error handling framework, to actively manage the process. This utility leverages the Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) Process Manager. Rules can be shared across multiple system sources, where similarities warrant this, helping to streamline the accounting entries generated and increase efficiencies. Oracle Data Integrator provides prebuilt extract, transport and load capabilities, which automatically transfer the accounting entries from Oracle Financials Accounting Hub to PeopleSoft General Ledger, lowering your cost through straight through processing. Improve Visibility and Efficiency The process integration pack delivers automated synchronization of data and integration of accounting entries, which allows for early visibility of General Ledger balances in PeopleSoft with drill-down to Oracle Financials Accounting Hub for analysis of your fiscal results.
