3 Triotec Oy Triotec Oy is a machine workshop that manufactures markets and sells high-quality poultry farming systems, external feed and Pellet silos and conveyors. Triotec is the welded silos market leader in Finland. The company s products are also represented in Norway and Sweden. Triotec produces sheet metal subcontracting to other equipment and machinery manufacturers. Triotec Oy was founded in February 1994 when the company acquired the business and real estate of Trional Oy established in 1978 for the manufacturing fittings for livestock. Triotec owners and employees have decades of experience in the manufacture of metal products. Triotec s own 5200m 2 premises are located in Southwest Finland in Koski TL. Triotec also represents in Finland other high quality poultry farming systems from other European manufacturers: Skov, Jansen, Scan-air, Ziehl-Abegg, Vdl Agrotech, Staalkat, Lubing, Farmtec, Impex, Cavenco. We offer ready concepts for poultry production which include complete combinations of compatible production equipment. The combinations of equipment are designed for farming broilers, parent stock and turkeys and for egg production, for example. We have decades of experience in delivering poultry production equipment. Triotec can also deliver flexible solutions to meet specific requirements or for more challenging facilities. The eggs produced in enriched cages have a low percentage of dirty and cracked eggs and the rate of egg laying is high. All Triotec Tape enriched cage models are manufactured in Finland in Triotec s own factory and they fully meet the regulations set by the EU Directives. Triotec aviary systems The Triotec aviary systems enable the production of cagefree eggs, organic eggs and free range eggs. The effective floor area and the number of chickens can be increased by separate grid levels. The projecting levels make it easier for the chicken to jump and move between different levels. The chickens in aviary systems prefer to lay eggs in the dim nests, where plenty of clean eggs can be collected. 5

Triotec CE marked silos Triotec manufactures high quality, CE-marked silos with thirty years of experience.

All silos are water resistant, pre-welded units. Triotec steel silos are CE marked and they have passed precise requirements of the SFS 1090 standard.

Thus moisture and water will not spoil the feed and the pellets.

The feed of the product stored in the silo takes place along the mantle of the silo, so the product is not distinguished into lighter and heavier.

Over the years, product development has resulted in a collection of high-quality silos which will survive time, corrosion and the harsh northern climate. All silos are water resistant, pre-welded units. Triotec steel silos are CE marked and they have passed precise requirements of the SFS 1090 standard. Silos are designed and made to withstand the harsh norhern climate. Specific surface treatments both inside and outside reduces the amount of condensed water. Thus moisture and water will not spoil the feed and the pellets. The thick surface material and high-quality paint will outlast the harshest winds and blizzards; the light-colored surface reduces heat build-up in sunny weather. The feed of the product stored in the silo takes place along the mantle of the silo, so the product is not distinguished into lighter and heavier. Banging of the sides of the silos is history, as the steep base cone ensures complete and even emptying of the silo. Triotec silos can be erected quickly, because the silos are supplied as a complete unit. The operator erects the silo on a concrete slab and the legs of the silo are welded onto the casting supports. The silo is immediately ready for use. Most models also have short delivery times, as we try to make the most popular silo models available in our store. All silos have as standard, dust removal cyclone and surveillance windows. As optional accessories, a scale and surface gauge are also available. Triotec also produces pellet silos suitable for energy production, as well as other special silos. Ask for information from our sales staff. Conveyors Triotec manufactures reliable, high-quality auger and screw conveyors for a wide variety of transportation needs.

There are also available special models for heavier transportation needs. All Triotec output funnels have service hatch below the shutter.

A return coupling head provides more opportunities for placing silos close to the building, as well as for pulling the auger into difficult places.

10 Conveyors Triotec manufactures reliable, high-quality auger and screw conveyors for a wide variety of transportation needs. Our individual conveyor solutions enable placement of silos and conveyors into the most challenging places. Triotec delivers both single and multiple motor solutions. There are also available special models for heavier transportation needs. All Triotec output funnels have service hatch below the shutter. Foreign bodies ending up among feed or pellets can be removed easily through the hatch. The adjustable bottom funnel allows for a 0-45 mounting angle. A return coupling head provides more opportunities for placing silos close to the building, as well as for pulling the auger into difficult places. There are also silo filling screws for certain silo designs [Triotec silos 9-34m 3 (ø2300) and 30-70m 3 (ø2850)]. Filling screws allow for easy filling of the silo, for example from a trailer. The adapters manufactured by Triotec can be used to easily combine different sizes of auger and screw conveyors to Triotec silos, to adjust the conveyors of other manufacturers to Triotec silos or to combine multiple auger conveyors. If necessary, Triotec also designs and manufactures the adapter according to the customer needs. Ask more conveyor solutions from the Triotec sales staff. Triotec PIV pellet vacuum unit High-quality PIV pellet vacuums manufactured by Triotec make heating with pellets easy. It is a carbon neutral and economical solution. Triotec PIV pellet vacuum system makes ecological heating with pellets effortless and practical, because the PIV vacuum transfers the pellets into the pellet stove automatically, reliably and without dust. Wood pellets are stored either in a big bag silo or a pellet container which can be placed inconspicuously, for example, underground, in a cellar, in a separate building or in the attic floor. The pellet vacuum draws the pellet from the container 10 and carries it through the suction hose to the pellet sieve or day container. You can choose the length of the hose so that the vacuum can be flexibly installed within 2-30 meters from the pellet stove. The installation is easy. The dosing funnel automatically drops the pellets into the stove or fireplace. Triotec delivers all the components needed for the pellet vacuum unit, including containers, big bag silos and pellet vacuums. There are several options for unit combinations.
