1 A key characteristic of any successful FANUC Authorized System Integrator is the company's dedication to attain and maintain an in-depth engineering understanding of the various models and options available in the FANUC product line. To assist in this key understanding, we would like to invite engineering-level personnel to attend our upcoming Product and Application Engineering Training on October 11-12, 2017, at our Rochester Hills, Michigan facility. This unique training event is provided exclusively to our ASI Network and offers the perfect opportunity for engineering-level employees to meet with our product engineers and get up to speed on FANUC's latest and greatest products and options. We will begin with a general session that is of interest to all ASI's regardless of application focus. After the general session, you'll move on to your selected technical breakout sessions (A-B-C-D). Attendees can attend up to four sessions throughout the two-day training event. We encourage you to register early so we can assess the topical interest of the classes we are offering and make adjustments based on demand. We will try our best to ensure you receive your registered classes; however, we may reach capacity limits based on facility constraints - so register today! 8 Paint Products Integration and Application AC/GI Paint is excited to introduce FANUC America Corporation s latest paint robot, the P-40iA R-30iB. The P-40 is a combination of design characteristics from the Paintmate and P-50iB products, resulting in a cost effective mid-sized painter. The P-40iB will be making its official public debut at FABTECH (Nov. 6-9 at McCormick Place/Chicago), in FANUC s paint pavilion display. We will also review robotic system fluid control options, a brief overview of the general industry product line as well as paint system offerings including: Paint Mate, P-50iB, P-250iB, P-700iB and P-350iA applications Pre-Engineered peripheral equipment (purged motor box, purged pneumatic enclosure) Purge circuit review PaintTOOL Application software & network interfaces PaintPRO integrations and updates Painters should also attend DCS and RoboGUIDE sessions (time permitting).
