FIELD TO PLAT FAST We have provided these services to support our upstream and midstream clientele for hundreds of projects. We have a team of well-qualified, in-house surveyors and have developed a reputation for working fast. Field to plat in two to five days, tops. FULL-SERVICE ENGINEERING Under one roof, KSA provides a full-spectrum of professional design specialties that include mechanical, structural, civil and electrical engineering services. Our ability to provide such a comprehensive design process allows our projects to be executed efficiently under one contract. A COMMITMENT TO SAFETY At KSA, safety is a standard practice. We demonstrate our commitment to safety every day, with every project. All our employees are required to undergo safety training upon their hire and before they are allowed to go out into the field. We test our employees safety knowledge to determine the necessity of future training. KSA employees must also submit to non-regulated and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated drug testing. We are members of ISNetworld and Veriforce and maintain a favorable Experience Modification Rate (EMR). Our crews conduct daily safety meetings in the field and have been trained to communicate safety issues in a prompt and thorough manner. KSA also employs an in-house, full-time safety manager dedicated to enforcing the safety requirements and policies of our firm and our clients. Our safety manager is available to conduct customized safety training and program implementation for a wide range of industries, including oil and gas. 3 SURVEYING Surveying Land surveying is a critical aspect of the oil and gas industry that must be done quickly with expert precision. We get that. We deploy our in-house crews to survey sites for wells and pipelines in a moment s notice. Our crews are fast, professional and thorough. They stake proposed wells, pads, pipelines and work areas. Perhaps most importantly, our office team will turn those carefully documented stakes into detailed sealed plats, permit drawings and/or construction alignment sheets promptly usually within two to five days max. WELL STAKING Deciding where a well is drilled is a complicated process that involves multiple factors and entities. We ll work with the appropriate parties to figure all that out and make sure your well is in a location approved by the appropriate governing agency. Our permit, surface use and unit plats are precise and help to facilitate the smooth allocation of funds. We also provide as-built surveying services that give an accurate depiction of how the well was drilled and its surroundings a highly valuable maintenance and planning tool. PIPELINE STAKING We ll help you determine the best pipeline route to transfer oil, gas and other products and clearly stake the path for right-of-way purchases and construction. Our meticulous as-built surveys account for the precise location of every weld and joint of pipe used, which can save you time and resources should you need to locate your subsurface facility in the future. Our accurate as-built data can also aid tremendously with future tie-ins and pipeline crossings.

4 KSA will navigate the most cost-efficient route for your pipe to travel, then design facilities and processes at either end of the pipeline (and along the route) that streamline the production and transport of your product to be sold. We have the expertise to efficiently move your product profitably from the wellhead to your point of sale. Our professional design services which include mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, as well as architecture ensure that each aspect of your facilities are properly designed for maximum operating performance and delivery. PIPELINE AND FACILITY DESIGN KSA s design services directly complement and support our in-house surveying capabilities. From our preliminary alignment, routing or site layout capabilities, KSA can provide hydraulics for analyzing flows, pressures and pipe sizes, determine pumping or compression requirements and establish power supply needs to support the project. Deliverables such as process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation drawings, hydraulic analysis, site and grading plans, structural design, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and road crossing profiles, piping drawings and details along with construction specifications and requirements can all be provided by our internal design team. ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS Our electrical engineers, master electricians and instrumentation technicians design automation and remote monitoring systems. Our electrical services include design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting electrical wiring systems to power facilities of varying sizes. Instrumentation/Control (IC) allows the collection of various process data, including temperature, pressures and flow to provide automatic and real-time adjustments from on-site or remote locations. 6 GIS GIS Geographic information systems (GIS) are an advanced technological database used to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage and present information using various mediums. This technology combines cartography, statistical analysis and computer science to survey and map oil and gas well sites and pipeline infrastructure. It can find and manage natural resources, avoid utility conflicts and maintain or achieve environmental compliance. With this system, our clients can quickly and accurately identify site characteristics in a multi-layer format and easily determine the best development method for their project. Geographic information systems provide concrete data by creating the surface and subsurface mapping of infrastructure assets to facilitate accurate, real-time operational management. Operators can accurately locate facilities and enable call-before-you-dig programs, manage internal inspections, schedule and deploy maintenance projects and prepare for federal regulatory audits. GIS enables cost savings, smooth decision-making, fewer emergencies and excellent, easy-to-access records. Geographic information systems create a 3-D view of a site. When combined with natural resource maps and data, this software quickly delivers a multi-faceted examination of proposed infrastructure, combining geographical, natural and cultural resources and boundary data that enable the determination of the least cost facility and pipeline corridor alignment. Previous studies have proven the use of geographic information systems results in environmentally friendly pipeline routes that reduce the need to re-route during construction, which reduces capitol costs considerably.
