Current Project Consists of designing, developing full stack support for web service and web interfaced based ticketing system that addresses security incidents and vulnerabilities. System encompasses a full change management system, incident management and service management component to facilitate management of securities based in Colorado Springs, Luxemburg German, Switzerland and Japan. Although, the work primarily involved designing and implementation of business processes via workflow focused on business rules and practices, most of it involved working with customers in the international arena dependent on high security areas that service international banking communications. Technologies incorporated were web service based connectivity between the various systems used to detect, report and manage security events such as denial of service attacks, domain spoofing, firewall breaches and comprises infrastructure. This became the precursor to the Request Express (REX) that was evolved into the later GEMS system. Ground floor application design opportunity OPMAX (Operations Maximized), using Remedy Change Management and Asset Management Responsible for Complete Hardware Architecture from Concept to implementation of DSO Strategy for Nationally Syndicated B2B Intel Entities Systems / Applications Engineer Responsible for self-obsolescence project to integrate all Intel domestic sites under one uniform call tracking system Duties include system/software evaluation, acquisition and purchase of 44 systems in house to develop a standard system architecture based on the UNIX OS systems to track and manage Support Center calls on a National level for Intel.
