2 Definitions Architectural Functional Requirements Market Concept Proposed Market Approved Software Software Ready Definition The architectural design document is complete and software development is ready to begin NYISO has completed documentation of the functional requirements and the Business Owner has approved NYISO has developed a concept based on input from stakeholders; MP discussions are underway with plans to seek a vote NYISO has received an affirmative vote at the MC and/or BIC level on a market design concept proposal The software design document is complete and software development is ready to begin Software changes to support the commitment have successfully passed testing and software is ready for deployment to production Required software changes to support commitment have been integrated into the production environment Compliance Filing Evaluation Procedure Proposed market design has been reviewed and discussed with appropriate stakeholder groups and the filing has been submitted to FERC Options have been considered, reviewed and evaluated; recommendations for next steps have been developed Process to support implementation of commitment has been developed, documented and approved 2013 New York Independent System Operator, Inc.
