8 Steps to Run a Report 1. Open Report Manager 2. Open Report Folder 3. Select Report Right-click and select Run OR Click the Run button on the toolbar 4. Enter parameters as necessary 5. Report will be output in Excel Sage Accpac Intelligence Working with Standard Reports Report Manager allows copying existing reports and editing Some reports require mapping of account groups for reporting: Financial Reports D Financial Reports S Dashboard Analysis Instructions are provided in the reports To save mappings you must copy reports and assign report templates Create and Link Template 8

9 Steps to Customize a Report 1. Select Report in Report Manager Right-click and select Copy Report 2. Select Folder in Report Manager Right-click and select Paste Report 3. Run Copied Report and edit in Excel as necessary leave file open 4. Select Copied Report in Report Manager Right-click and select Create and Link Template Sage Accpac Intelligence Data Drilldown Two types of transaction drilldown functions are available: Drilldown with details within report workbook Dynamic drilldown or on-demand reporting Examples of drilldown can be found in: Financial Reports D drilldown details within report workbook Financial Reports S dynamic drilldown Dashboard Analysis dynamic drilldown Financial Trend Analysis dynamic drilldown 9

10 Working Outside of Sage Accpac Select Sage Accpac Intelligence from Windows Start Menu Allows access to Sage Accpac Intelligence components Requires log-in to Sage Accpac Can create desktop shortcuts of common reports Right-click on report and select Create PR32 File Can run report by double-clicking on that file Questions?
