1 IBank REMITTANCES IBank Remittances IBank-Remittances is an advanced automation solution designed specifically for financial institutions. It is developed utilizing the latest available technologies. Our products is designed to allow for STP processing of inward / outward remittances (including RTGS) requirements of Banks of all sizes. IBank-Remittances significantly improves the processing functionality for banks by providing flexible customizable operational workflow. Whether operating in a Centralized or Distributed environment, IBank-Remittances allows the banks to highly automate the approval and control process via advanced business rule based processing based on local requirements. The entire module is configurable via a visual easy-to-use Business Process Execution Workflow through which banks can graphically define a multitude of customizable workflows based on business rules for transactions routing. Overview Fully SWIFT and RTGS compliant. IBank-Remittances automatically generates appropriate outgoing SWIFT and RTGS messages via an integrated built in SWIFT message generator. Incoming SWIFT and RTGS messages are processed in a Straight-Through-Process customizable workflow. SWIFT Direct FileAct is utilized product to provide powerful and flexible integration capabilities for back office applications that need to exchange FileAct files with SWIFT s Alliance Access. It allows the back office application to leverage the RMA functionality for FileAct.

2 Advanced Security & Administration: IBank security and administration functionality is available in two modes, Active Directory Integration Mode and Native Mode. Both modes are available within our application and can be utilized interchangeably. Business Process Execution Workflow (BPEW): IBank REMITTANCES module embeds a proprietary built in multilevel workflow process for authorization and approval of Business Logic Centric Tasks. Suspicious transactions tagging and case follow up are simplified. A complete historical workflow of all test cases is stored for future reference. Multi-Layered / Multi-Site Security: A multi-layered security protocol insuring properly authorized access. Multi- Group participation is provided for back office personnel. 3 BIC PLUS / IBAN PLUS IBank Remittances is designed to fully incorporate the newly adopted BIC PLUS & IBAN PLUS services offered by Swiftref. Automated downloading of subscription files (.txt & XML formats) and uploading them to IBank Remittances is a seamless operation that acquires no human intervention. All IBank Remittances related tables (BIC Tables, IBAN tables etc.) will be updated automatically. Moreover automatic generation of Tag 70 with the appropriate Final Payment Purpose Code with additional information is fully handled. Automated cross-referencing of purpose codes with National Central Banks proprietary published purposed codes is performed for regulatory reporting purposes.

4 Dynamic Data Mapping ETL Functionality IBank Remittances is designed with an integrated Dynamic Data Mapping utility for Extract / Transform / Load. By utilizing the embedded utility, users can directly link SWIFT Tags to user defined file formats. The utility performs extensive data integration validation rules to insure that transformed data is compliant with SWIFT rules. ETL functionality can be utilized for incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages integration. Moreover the Dynamic Data Mapping functionality allows for the definition of new flat files format for future integration without the need for additional development.

5 Message Archiving (Optional Add- On ) IBank Remittances archives all incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages within an embedded data warehouse. SWIFT message are stored for auditing in data BLOBS. MT messages are further broken down into the basic tags, thus allowing for advanced query functionality and reporting. 8 RTGS Support RTGS functionality is fully integrated within the IBank- Remittances module. The functionalities offered automatically detects local SWIFT messages (MT103) and converts required tag to be RTGS compliant.

9 Compliance Lists Multiple user selected compliance lists loading for thorough validation. Multiple loading protocols CSV, XML, Manual Additions, MS Excel etc. Bi-Lingual (Arabic / Latin) compliance validation. Utilizes advanced phonetic algorithms for detection. Compliance lists real time validation is one of the major daunting tasks that faces customer relationship manager nowadays. In order to facilitate the compliance procedure IBank REMITTANCES allows the validation and checking of Customers against a user defined selection of compliance lists i.e. OFAC, UN, BOE, DNFS, FATF, National Central Bank, EU List, Own Institution List). Our compliance name checking search engine is designed utilizing Fuzzy Logic methodology in order to accurately validate Arabic naming schemes i.e. Composite First Name, Composite Family Name, Proximity Names etc. The name checking is performed utilizing Metaphone 3 the latest and fastest search algorithm. Compliance list positive hits will automatically initiate a Compliance Case Workflow for follow up. IBank REMITTANCES offers also the extra functionality of White List definition, whereby screened clients that are approved by the Compliance Department even if they are red flagged during the Due Diligence cycle they will not trigger an alarm or notification thus alleviating the compliance departments of unnecessary extra tasks.

10 SWIFT Compliance & Regulatory Reporting IBank REMITTANCES AML/CTF regulatory reporting functionality are rendered extremely manageable. Compliance bodies regular requirements covering remittances (incoming/outgoing) & FATF Countries are automatically reported. Transactional Threshold Reporting: Maintains a Wide set of user defined Parameters. Automated reports distribution via (PDF). National Central Banks regulatory requirements currently dictates transaction based thresholds, covering different types of operations. Our REMITTANCES Reporter insures that compliance of these requirements is met constantly and in an automated manner. SWIFT Compliance: Fully SWIFT compliant, with all network validation rules and pre-configured SWIFT output built into the product. IBank- Remittances interfaces to SWIFT devices for both outbound and inbound messages. The system provides complete processing capabilities for MT103, MT 202 (with RTGS functionality), MT202 Cover.

Currently our banking, financial & retail applications are running in various banks and around 40 corporates. Turnkey Systems sarl currently operates in Lebanon, Jordan and Cyprus.
